As a former JPLer, I have been going to this car wash for close to 10 years, driving during my lunch break at work or on my regular Friday odd, and getting a nice clean. On August 28, 2024, during a routine car wash, the outside housing unit for my driver's side mirror was torn off. I asked for the remaining pieces and I was told they could not provide it. When I asked what they would be doing moving forward, the manager at the time filled out an "Incidents Information Form" and told me they would follow up about ordering me a new part. Unfortunately for me, I trusted them on their word, and did not push them on it any more than I already had. It has been 4+ months now with no follow ups or attempts to help me in this situation. And I have called multiple times, but no one answers and the voicemail box is full. I am incredibly disappointed. I was finally able to have the part ordered and purchased myself, but all I would like is a reimbursement for damages.

I've tried this place twice and same issues happened. They charged maximum price for car wash but not worth of trying 3rd time. I wasn't satisfied car wash, it's like express car wash from gas station, left water mark here and there, noticeable, brief cleaned interior, but tried again, because location was convenience for me, but NO. I won't go there again for sure.

Spent $50 on the executive package car wash and car left with spots and carpets not vacuumed. Even dinged me for using my credit card for payment by adding the processing fees. Avoid this place till they get their act together.

There is no customer service at all. The washing staff was not professional and the prices were high. I won't return to this car wash ever again! This place is a complete waste of money! I was charged $20 for the exterior of my car despite the unpleasant service I received. At the conclusion, I took a rag from the staff and began cleaning my car for 15 minutes to get rid of watermarks and wet dust.

Please fix your wash system all the cars that go through, half of the car does not get rinsed. I told the manager 2 weeks ago and nothing has been done about it. Manager says the owner does not care. I canceled my membership today. Plus It takes over an hour to get a wash if you're lucky. Horrible service.

Horrible job cleaning my truck!!!!! Outside stains on the windows stains on the body of the truck. Inside vacuum job horrible. on top of all this, I paid $47 for an executive Wash. Also, they did not put the car freshener. Will never go to this car wash ever again. When you charge $47 for a car wash, you have to do a great job. This is more of a $15 car wash service I came home and literally washed my truck again. I forgot to take pictures.

Broke my phone holder, didn’t clean my backseat or console and stole my groceries.... drone across the street and came back in less than a minute, and a worker told me there closed and can’t help So now I’m out a 25$ phone holder, $50 in groceries, and my car still isn’t clean My groceries were next to where I was waiting, 2 seconds later gone, and they can’t say they were cleaning because THE PLACE IS A MESS

This is probably one of the most expensive car wash services in the area ($43 for a basic cleaning with tire shine and air freshener), but I pay because they tend to do better work than other places in the area. Until today. Brought my car in with a decent collection smashed bugs on the bumper and windshield from a recent road trip. As you’d expect, the trip through the machines didn’t quite clean all of them off. I figured it would take the guys doing manual work a bit extra to finish the job and tipped accordingly. Should’ve waited to see the work first. The windshield, headlamps and bumper were still covered in insect remnants, and when I pointed that out, their employee told me he didn’t get to them because I “only paid for tire shine and not a wax.” What does waxing have to do with a filthy windshield you ask? Nothing. I think. Anyway, I let him know that you don’t usually have to wax windshields and asked him to at least clean off the windshield which he begrudgingly (kind of) did. I ended up having to finish the $43 worth of work myself and thought it would be wise to call the place and share as much. No answer. Full mailbox. Tried calling hours later. Same deal. If this service is reflective of what “new ownership” has planned for this place, it’s a shame. And they deserve to lose many of the customers that have used this car wash for years.

Does not matter how much you will pay, they will wash your car as poorly as possible. I choose the highest price option (it includes a wash an interior wet cleaning) and you can see the result, they didn’t even did not vacuum the mats. The cashier refused to help. Wasted time and money

The car wash itself was decent, but 1 star for the cashier lady named Gletta? Greta? Idk how her name is spelled. She was extremely rude and she rolled her eyes multiple times at me when I was confused about the payment, and rolled her eyes at the other employees. Seriously? What is with that attitude? It's completely unacceptable. She should know better as a grown adult. It's one thing to not be happy about work because you're miserable, but to spread that negativity and being rude to your customers, especially working in customer service is not okay. I didn't deserve to be treated with such disrespect. I hope she is disciplined for her nasty behavior and attitude. I will not be returning specifically due to her.

Might have been the most expensive crappy wash I’ve ever gotten. $50 to basically get vacuumed and washed. My car was still dirty both inside and out.

I paid $40 dollars for a car wash that has water stains in my car and they didn’t even vacuum the inside! All my doors are dirty and they also left a puddle of water in the middle where my break bottom is! I will definitely not go back here anymore!! I also did contact a manager and they didn’t understand what I was talking about so here are some pictures to make it clear to the guy I spoke with today! There are more pictures but I can’t put the all! I do not want to bring my car back for another cleaning because you of the job that you guys have done..

I always see this place busy so I decided to go this Friday morning. I wasnt to busy. Paid for what they call executive wash $42. + $10 tip. Still dirt on all side fenders dust in lots a spots and a the dressing is cheap. I won’t be going here again.

This car wash should probably close for the sake of its residents. The employees aren't working hard, and on top of that, they're charging a ridiculous 2.5% surcharge on credit cards, without any signage.

Visited here for the first time today. My car was in dire need of a wash inside and out. Considered a detail, but they are pricey. Went with the manager's special monthly basic wash plan and the car looks amazing. Great work here. Missed a bit of the corners of the interior windshield, but all around amazing work for the basic wash package. About $45/Month, so it pays for itself in 2 washes. There is a window, so you can watch your car go through the wash and follow it through to the drying area. Plenty of seating to wait while the car is washed. There is a massage chair inside if you are so inclined. ATM inside as well.

First time taking our car to Foothill and I was really impressed by the quality of service. I spilled coffee in the car a week ago and the manager personally helped to make sure they were able to clean it; they also take extra time to make sure the exterior is cleaned really well. Great job guys!

WARNING! DO NOT GO HERE! Foothill Car Wash completely killed my daughter’s car. We got an oil change here right before I drove her up to college. They did not screw the oil plug in properly and it popped off during our drive. All the oil leaked out and her engine seized because of it. I tried calling them multiple times to discuss the situation over the course of several days and later found their phone line doesn’t even work. My wife went there in person multiple times to talk to someone. She filed a report and they told us someone would call her the following day and no one ever called. They kept telling us someone would call us, no one ever has. They are now ignoring us and will not speak to us. The business has shady business practices and aren’t willing to discuss anything when they break your car.

The manager showed me so much kindness, and it honestly made my week. He took the time to listen and understand exactly what I needed for my truck. He even pulled some of his guys aside to explain the specific cleaning I needed on my truck. The attention to detail and genuine effort to accommodate my request left me so happy. Nope. I don't know what happened to this place. It was also a little pricier than other places but now they don't even pretend to clean. Interior wasn't even wiped down. It's not they did it and missed something, they legit didn't even go over it. This is on a newer car too. Like with no buttons/switches. Just an obnoxious screen so it's super easy and also super obvious
