Waited for 2 hrs and 15 minutes for a wash. 4 cars came AFTER me and got washed. I patiently waited assuming they had appointments but I asked if they take appointments and they said No.

This people don’t care at all about the order you bring your car, I waited two hours and my car was still not vacummed or washed! They wash and clear whatever car the want first! Not coming back and don’t recommend it!

Used to love that place BUT NOT anymore! They are stealing flore mats! I'm telling you! First it happened to my car. I noticed 5 days later (I'm the only person driving the car so rearly look at the back) that my rear seat carpets are missing. Went back to the carwash - they didn't find it.. Though they found one similar to mine (but in worse condition) and gave it to me. Ok, we decided that was just a bad luck.. And TODAY we noticed that the front carpet of my husband's Tesla is also missing after their "cleaning"!! We went back - and again, they have a pile of floor mats there but ours was not in the pile! And you know what? There was a guy waiting for his car to be cleaned, he came to us and told us that the same thing once happened to him there too! They lost his floor mat as well! So if you don't know there is no way to buy just one original floor mat. You have to buy all of them! So this place cost us 160+95 dollars so far! Im so angry!!! I would not be surprised if I found our floor mats being sold on eBay. It can't be just a coincidence. We have nice new cars, so the carpets were in a great shape..

Came by to get a car wash. The guy was using vulgar language in Spanish about how dirty my car is. My car had dog hair and crumbs and things from the kids which is exactly why I was taking it to be cleaned. Not for someone to speak down to me. Told him no way I was going to be a customer after being talked to in that manner. Took my car to executive car wash instead where I waa told I needed a good shampoo and detail to get it clean. There is no need to talk down to potential customer.

Place is amazing, only $20 for a sedan, my car is always left spotless thanks to the hardworking folks that work there, the only thing is that the wait times can vary since a lot of people go here! But if you can wait it’s really worth it and super cheap!

They did a good job cleaning the inside and outside of the car HOWEVER unless you have 1.5 hours to waste just sitting there while one guy works on your car, go somewhere else or be prepared to sit and wait for Avery very very long time!!!! Who has this much time to waste on a car wash! I told them and yet no reinforcements came even though I told them over and over how much of a rush I am in! Unbelievable!

I have been using their services for years. Over the past year the customer service has gotten drastically worse. The guys washing cars are young and playful. They are slow about tending to the vehicles as they come in. The young lady who collects the money (I'm assuming she's the manager) does not manage the group well. No one appears to be in charge. There is also a language barrier where very little English is spoken and/or understood. This morning, I get there. I am the first and only car there. I am asked to pull into the bay by the manager and no one comes to wash my car as I sit there for 7 minutes. There are at least 6 workers there talking and walking around. Eventually I pull off and go to another carwash. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!

AVOID THIS CAR WASH AT ALL COSTS. Last month this car wash crashed my brand new car and refused to take responsibility. They allow people without licenses to drive the cars and if they damage them NO ONE answers for it. The managers stated the employee that crashed my car left and never came back. The company is not registered or insured. After threatening with legal action, the owner John Serna initially told me that he wasn’t going to give me anything. Although I got an estimate for almost $2,000 from the dealer to fix my vehicle, I went out of my way to find the most inexpensive fix. I was able to find someone to fix my damages for $550 which was extremely inexpensive due to the fact that my car is a brand new 2023 Infiniti only purchased 3 months prior and has a custom gold color. Then, in efforts to ridicule me, Mr. Serna condescendingly said he could pay me $50 a month if I wished. I informed him that I am an attorney and I would be reporting his business and suing him and the property owner for damages. Mr. Sena then again tried to ridicule me and told me to come get $500 on a Saturday in which he knew he would be on vacation. It was only after I went into Midas (the owners of the lot) and asked for their company’s management information to take legal action, did Mr. Serna instruct the manager to give me the money for my damages. I was even told an older lady fell on the Carwash’s lot and they also disregarded her. A Carwash is not worth possible damage to your cars or to yourself with no one to respond. There’s plenty of car wash companies backed by hard working owners with ethics and respect to choose from. This car wash isn’t one of them.

If you have 2 hours and 30 minutes to wait just for an "in and out" car wash (no vacuuming inside) then definitely hit these guys up! I initially wanted wash AND interior cleaning but after that would've been 3+ hours.

Do not come to this car wash. I believe that they are very shady. Im 99% certain that they broke the roof rack cover on my car and didnt say anything about it. I noticed the guys acting a little shady body language wise but I didnt know why. It wasn’t until I got home that I noticed it was broken then it all made sense. Dishonest
