I have used this car wash multiple times now, and each experience is worse and worse. Auto wash cleans for most part but misses some areas from time to time, it also will try and rip mirrors off even folded in, it did bend my license plate in half. Tried hand wash today and first stall credit card machine didn't work, second stall foam brush didn't work. They don't maintain it well. It's high price point doesnt reflect the services available. There are better washes in 757 go somewhere else.

Been going to this car wash for about a year now with no issues. Recently the carwash has been extremely rough on the car and it broke off my passenger side mirror completely. My mirrors fold in to prevent that but even that didn’t stop the carwash from breaking it. Very frustrating. I’ve called the numbers listed for this place and no one answers.

Because I am new to Virginia, I feel the car detail prices are absurd! Hence, bringing me to the Flagship, which gives you the option to wash your own car or do the automatic carwash. Of course, I chose the safest bet to wash my own (any damages to your car is on you as with any automaticcar wash). It is easy to use, 1-12 step instructions, and the products are amazing! Because my car was extremely filthy, it cost me about $40, but that is still way cheaper than $150, which most detail shops in the area are charging at minimum. I will definitely go again! I like the set up, simple easy, good products, vacuum, and air freshener.

Charged me $41 for barely 20 minutes of service, water modes barely worked and honestly the whole experience was awful. I don’t ever recommend using this car wash

I have used this car wash many times since it opened even maintaining a membership for a period of time using the automatic wash 99 percent of the time. Frequently I noticed that the wash seemed "rough", bumping and jostling the car as it was washed. I also noticed more dents and dings after using the automatic wash but I could not confirm with certainty that they happened during the wash. I stopped using the car wash for several months until last week. Once again the automatic wash seemed to jostle the car more than other touch car washes. My side view mirror was bent backwards after the wash. I positioned the mirror back in place upon leaving the wash but the back cover fell completely off on the way home. I am sure it was damaged by the car wash. I drive a small, late model Toyota so it's not because my car was too big for the machinery. This car wash is too risky for me.

Their equipment is often broken with no recourse after you pay except for a phone number that doesn’t get answered and calls that don’t get returned. I have two $45 charges from them that don’t make any sense since they don’t have a $45 car wash. Total scam taking advantage of service members. Stay away!

If i could give negative stars i would Instead of being charged around $5 for using it for about 8 minutes, they charged me $37.50. Mind you, I pressed "stop" multiple times and made sure everything cleared out before I left. SMH. NEVER AGAIN!!!

I used the automatic car wash for $12. One was broken but not blocked off, so I had to back up and go through the other one. It had no problem spraying soap all over my vehicle but there was NO RINSE CYCLE. NO WATER WAS EVER SPRAYED ON MY VEHICLE TO WASH OFF THE SOAP. Only the blowers took off some of the soap. I had to pay another $10 to this place at the self wash or else I would have soap drying all over my new truck and ruining the paint. WHAT A SCAM. So it cost me $22 for an automatic wash I had to redo myself anyway. There was also green slime **** all over my truck from the automatic wash. See attached pictures

If i could give negative stars i would! BE MINDFUL OF HOW MUCH THEY CHARGE. I rarely use the self-service car wash here since I prefer the automatic one, but I had no choice last week—I just needed to rinse off the soap from my car because the automatic wash wasn't working. Instead of being charged around $5 for using it for 2–3 minutes, they charged me $37.50. Mind you, I pressed "stop" multiple times and made sure everything cleared out before I left. SMH. Now I’ve had to make multiple calls just to get this resolved because: -There’s no customer service number or contact info listed in the credit card charge, -They don’t provide receipts, and -There’s no contact info online either—unlike the automatic wash. NEVER AGAIN!!!

The screen doesn't show the details of each wash. The machine doesnt wash the rear or front end of the car. The rinse time, which is supposed to be 45 seconds, is only 15 seconds. Only got ½ my car rinsed from the soap.

This place broke my mirror panels back in February and had said that it would not be compensated because my vehicle was too old, I have a 2010 black in color Camaro that the damages were not prior to it and have asked other DOD personel about the car wash after the incident and this place seems to damage alot of the U.S. Navy police vehicles as well. I also went to 13 different auto repair shops until I got a quote for $679.64. Please do not go to this place.

I used the self-serve car wash bay here and it was great. Rental car I got was filthy and needwd a good wash. The spray wand had lots of options and they all worked great. The foaming scrub brush worked fantastic too. Payment is with credit card on the wash bay. Be sure to hit STOP 2x when you're done, to stop paying for time.

Every time I come here to use the automatic car wash it never works with my card… so I go use the do it your self wash and for some reason I get a mysterious 58-44$ charge … that’s pretty ridiculous. Half of the stuff at the place didn’t even work… at green clean express off of tidewater I only paid 11$ and it got the job done. I don’t think I’m coming back here..

If have been ripped off by this place many times but decided to give it a last chance by washing my truck by hand. I pressed the button as indicated to stop the credit card charge and a few days later it shows on my bank statement as a -$32.75 when it clearly said around $12 when I finished my wash. Calling the number is a waste of time, I have called many times and nobody answers or gets back to me. Take a picture of your credit card charge of even better, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

I used the automatic wash. It is the next best thing to rinsing your car off in the driveway. The biggest difference is the price—it’s expensive. We got the deluxe wash for $12. It took just one or two minutes. The car is still dirty. Lesson learned.

This place is a 100% a scam. Paid for the drive through car wash. Started going through, it sprayed soap on my car, and that is all. No water, no scrub brushes, no blowing air. I along with numerous cars behind/in front of mine pulled out with soap covered cars. I called about a dozen times the number provided on Google, but no answer and he won't call back after I left a message. Not sure how this place is allowed to operate on a naval installation.
