I made an appointment for an oil change, tire rotation and new wiper blades. I usually have to reset the oil life monitor even at the Ford Dealership. This was reset by the technician, an unexpected surprise!

This used to be the best Firestone in the whole Boston area, not anymore. The entire staff has changed, it seems, and it looks like they’re having trouble even having enough people on shifts.
There’s been a decline in service quality in the last couple of visits: extremely long waits, poor customer service, etc., and today they wasted my whole afternoon by saying they aligned the tires when they really didn’t. Just look at the printout of the before/after alignment and see for yourself. Not coming here again.

I brought my car on 09/23 around 4pm for tire service and dash board lights check out!
Soon I walked in, front desk employee told me that he can’t help me because he was about to leave, i told him that i understand, he said just wait cause someone is in the bathroom, until here all good!
However, after standing for almost 30 minutes waiting for that employee, another employee passed by me 2 times in a row without acknowledging me.
I went in the back i asked him, can you help me?
He was like just wait cause the front desk employee is in the bathroom, i was like, for over 30 minutes? He ignored me, and i drove away without being serviced!
This is very bad service, i will bring my car elsewhere!

I needed an oil change and tire rotation earlier this month. I made an appointment and was in and out in less than an hour. The staff were very professional and kind. I would absolutely recommend this Firestone, and I will definitely be returning.

I reported spongy brakes, after Firestone Warren Brockton replaced my caliper. I returned car to them and gave Firestone Warren Brockton second chance to fix, i was suspecting they did not bleed brakes. I drove home carefully and eventually Caliper seized, got stuck. After almost crashing, I replaced caliper and bleed brakes myself Brake response improved significantly. Not going back to Firestone Warren, they did unsafe job, and their work had to be reworked.

First and foremost I like to commend Angel and Jonathan Seekins (Store Manager). I brought my car to get a complete inspection, they notice a few discrepancies with my vehicles that turned out to be major. I was overwhelmingly impressed with their awesome customer service and professionalism, thank you again.
