Store is usually a good store to shop...The store manager Bunny has a messed up attitude an is rude to certain customers...I've never been rude , nasty or said or did anything out the way but she is rude everytime I enter her store..the other staff is friendly...I shop here often because it's closest to my home...

I'm standing here been standing here for at least 15 minutes. I come in for a refund on a mop head replacement for a rubermaid brand i got the wrong one. The cashier told me i had to wait til the manager come up front before she do a refund. The manager is outside doing what i don't know. But the cashier never bothered about trying to get the manager. This is so un professional. She had plenty of time to go to the back and get her. But the cashier want me to tell her when someone come to the front. That's not my job i don't work for Family Dollar

I recently had a disappointing experience at my local Family Dollar that I feel compelled to share. I purchased a bag of chocolate, but when I opened it, I discovered that the chocolate had developed an old, white coating, indicating it was stale. When I approached the staff for assistance, I encountered rudeness instead of the help I expected. After some discussion, I was given a new bag, but unfortunately, the chocolate still had the same white frosting, even though the expiration date was correct. When I attempted to exchange the defective product, the staff seemed dismissive and made me feel as though I was being unreasonable for wanting a fresh product. It felt as though my concerns were not taken seriously, which was quite frustrating. I hope this feedback can help improve the customer service experience at this store, as I believe every customer deserves respect and quality products.

I was trying to ajust my neck brace and a small black gentleman was starring at me down the aisle? Poking his eye around the corner glaring at me around isle corner? I asked him can I help? The family dollar worker responds can I help you very rudely back to me the customer me ? When i walked up to register the 2nd worker with dreads was texting on his cell phone and making me wait for him to finish texting his friends about the party after work and made a nasty look at me like he was disgusted by me in his presence in front of the register waiting on him to finish ringing me up because he is too busy texting his friends instead of ringing up customers?They closed the store at 9:40pm and from 9:40pm to 10pm which the sign reads store closes at 10pm not 9:40pm 8 cars were not allowed to shop because they locked up the store doors at 9:40pm this evening very rude to do this to loyal customers!!
