Friendly staff, great vaccums, free air pump, efficient and easy to access car wash, and clean location. I also appreciate that a geltman in the garage helped me one time in the winter when my tire was super low and the air pump had frozen or I couldn't figure it out. He was a life saver.

Great place with free vacuums and mat cleaning stations. Love the membership price with unlimited washes because my kids love to go through the car wash and I need the free vacuums with four kids! Go is a face we always see and takes care of us with free dash wipes and air fresheners. They have affordable oil changes too that only took 15 Minutes to complete and I got to wait in my car.

The gentleman that waited on me was so friendly and personable. I believe he was a manager. His name was tre. Very nice young man. He helped me with all my needs. And even gave me free car deodorizer. And dashboard wipes. My car looked so clean and i will definitly be returning for the outstanding service i receives today. This carwash is absolutely amazing. Trevon the club manager is very energetic and respectful. My car needed some TLC and I got that here. They helped me and was very knowledgeable of cleaning supplies for my car. They didn’t see me as a transaction and that’s what most car washes does. Not this one. I was attended to with care. I absolutely will be returning.

Nice facility, friendly staff. However, I rarely get what I pay for. I have a “love your car” subscription, but I end up getting a basic level 75% of the time because the staff presses the wrong button. Which is beyond irritating.

Tre Anderson is hands down the best person working at this car wash. Every time I pull up, he treats me with respect, moves quickly, and makes sure my car looks spotless inside and out. He actually pays attention to details most people overlook — rims, mirrors, floor mats, all of it. Tre has a great attitude, works hard, and genuinely cares about customer satisfaction. You don’t see that type of effort everywhere anymore. If you want your car looking brand new, ask for Tre — you won’t be disappointed.

Been coming for a year now. I’m so glad I subscribed to their monthly membership. These guys are great (shout out to Gio for the great service). They fixed the pressure in the vacuums and I always get dashboard wipes. My car is always fresh. Absolutely recommend this spot. I’ve been happy every time. 10/10 recommended

0/5 stars. Damaged my car! You can’t call anyone at the business because it only rings one time before it goes to a voicemail box that isn’t setup. I left 4 messages on the company website for someone to call me. After waiting months for someone to even contact me, the company said that it wasn’t their fault. For anyone that wants, I’ll provide pictures of the damage to my car. I’ve spoken with a few friends that have also had damage to their vehicles as well. Even heard from some of the workers that a windshield was pushed in onto a lady during the automatic carwash, and the driver is now receiving money for therapy. The first level supervisor Tre is a kid with no management experience and does not know how to speak to customers. Next level supervisor Alex thinks everything i was telling him was a joke and didn’t take me seriously. I’m sure they will try to explain their position underneath this review which i will not be able to respond to, but I’m just warning you, DO NOT USE THIS CARWASH. Go at your own risk. There is literally another, newer, cheaper and better carwash less than 1/8 of a mile away that I would go to over this place. I have no affiliation with that place, just trying to save you damage to your vehicle and save you your time and money.

I have been a customer at this car wash for approximately a year and, unfortunately, my experience has consistently declined. Over 30 times, I have purchased the $19 “Love My Car” wash, which is advertised as their top-tier service. Despite this, the results have frequently been subpar — visible soap residue left on the vehicle, debris remaining on the surface, and an overall lack of thorough cleaning. Beyond the quality concerns, the facility appears to be poorly managed. Throughout both previous and current management, I have repeatedly encountered unprofessional and discourteous behavior from staff. Customer concerns are not handled respectfully or constructively. On one occasion, I informed the booth attendant that several vacuums did not appear to be functioning. Instead of addressing the issue, I was interrupted and spoken to in a dismissive manner, as though raising a legitimate concern was unreasonable. A business that prioritizes customer service should welcome feedback and resolve issues promptly. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience here. I will be taking my business elsewhere and would not recommend this location to others seeking reliable service and professional treatment.
