My fiance and I took our cars here today. It was my first and his 2nd time here. I am very satisfied with the results. They don't rush on cleaning your car, very detailed and will really take their time to ensure you are a satisfied customer. The pricing is very reasonable. They have several options for interior and exterior cleaning. The facility have a waiting area, a bathroom and parking spaces. Mark, I think is the owner made sure I didn't leave the lot until the windows and windshield were all cleaned. He even stopped me on my out because he wanted to wipe my windshield one more time. We are very happy with the results and left with two very clean vehicles. We highly recommend this place for hand car wash. We will be coming again for sure.

First of all, I want to say that I used to be their regular customer. So when you read the full review , I want you to know that can happen to you too. A few weeks ago I stopped by to clean the car inside and out. After 15 min or so the manager stopped by at the waiting area and asked me if I spoke “their language “ and asked me to come to look at the car. He told me they were power washing and the paint chipped. There were spots on multiple areas of the car where the paint chipped. I asked why they kept washing if they saw paint chipping, he smiled and blamed it on the fact the workers were “Mexicans…” Then he asked me to wait for the owner . The owner basically said the same. He stated my car had old paint and it was already about to chip that’s why it happened. When I asked WHY they did all 4 doors after they saw smth was off , why didn’t they just stop ; he simply said he doesn’t know. I gave my car to you to do the service and you should be responsible for this. His consolation was that he wouldn’t charge me for the wash . Seriously?! He said they wash 50-60 cars a day and he can’t check on everything. Again. Seriously? I don’t know how they run business in their country but in this country you don’t blame your workers , you are the owner and it’s your responsibility to teach them how to do the work or be responsible for their mistakes. And you definitely DO NOT reference their race as an excuse for a bad job. After all, you are the one who have business license you are the one who gets money from us , your customers. A 60$ wash is not sufficient when you did at least 2k in damages. Also, if in your country it’s ok to treat customers like this , in this country it is not ok.

I recently visited Erden car wash and was pleased with their efficient first-come-first-serve system. The wait time was reasonable, and their cleaning process started with a thorough exterior wash before moving to the interior. I am absolutely blown away by the service I received at this hand car wash! Honestly, I'm not usually one to write reviews, but the job they did on my car today was so exceptional I felt compelled to share my experience. I just found about this place this week and I've already been here twice. If you are looking to avoid automatic car washes and/or just want a little more care to go into the cleaning of your vehicle this place is perfect. It's only 35 dollars for a full hand wash and dry. They will also clean your wheels, do all of your exterior windows, and dry the door jambs. A lot of care goes into both the wash and the dry as well, it's thorough. They can only wash one vehicle at a time though, so it could be a long wait, but it's almost always worth it.

They operate on a first-come, first-serve basis, and despite not taking appointments, the process is smooth and well-organized. The team has multiple workers on site, and you can clearly see the efficiency in how they handle each vehicle. The facility is clean, and the staff maintains a professional approach from start to finish. Their attention to detail is excellent, and the quality of their work shows in the final result. Really satisfied with this place. I know it is just a Honda but I care about the paint so it stays shiny with no scratches and swirls. How you take care of one thing is how you take care of everything. This place does hand washing which is great and better than automatic / touchless. I will be coming here in winter months for sure because I wash myself in summer. $35 for sedan exterior and the have other options. I like this

Hand car wash place near the Woodfield Mall, which cleaned my exterior very well. Washed the exterior of my full sized SUV for forty five bucks, which was a little more than I normally pay, but they took their time and cleaned all the accumulated salt and ice off of the car. Overall I would recommend this place just for the care they put into cleaning the vehicles.

A friend recommended me this place after having a bad experience with a standard, automatic car wash, and what a gem it is! I don't have enough words to praise them, their work speaks for itself! I've been here several times and I always take the full package; my car comes out like new every single time. The other reviews don't lie, these guys are seriously the best. Now, do keep in mind the wait time; not only do they usually have a line, but also take their time with each vehicle. That said it is totally worth it because they're not rushing through cars to get the line down. Once you're out, you won't have to worry about a wash for a while. As long as I'm in the Chicagoland area I'll be coming here for sure!

A great interior $ exterior clean at affordable price. You can tell they focus on the work, not upsells or gimmicks. It’s first come, first serve, which I actually appreciate—simple, efficient, and straightforward. Tho option to book appts onlines would be nice. My car came out looking great, especially for the price point. The only downside is the waiting room—it could use some improvement and isn’t the most comfortable place to hang out. That said, if you care more about the quality of the detail than fancy amenities, this place delivers. I’ll be back.
