To whom it may make concern, I was very disappointed with this rental experience. I have used enterprise in the past 4 years and have always been very pleased. I understand that issues do arise, but I was very disappointed that I had to return a vehicle because it was unsafe to drive. And I was very disheartened that I still had to pay for that vehicle. Although I returned it and did not use it through the capacity of the rental agreement. I don't believe that enterprise.Is so money hungry that they would rent out vehicles that are unsafe and expect people to pay again. I have read it from enterprise for many years. I am very disappointed and this rental experience, and I believe that enterprise has the ability to rectifyThis issue i should not have had to pay for an unsafe vehicle that I returned because of that the issue. Thank you, and I hope that someone will readily respond and rectify this issue kind disregards long time loyal customer.

Absolutely horrible service at the Athens location. No parking, forced to park on the street in a shady neighborhood (a courtesy call the day before could have solved this) and an overpowering and nauseating smell of cigarette smoke in the car to add insult to injury. This was a 3 week rental.

Just picked up my enterprise rental car, a 15 passenger van reserved 2 weeks in advance. Not only was the van we reserved not available, but we found some of the specifically requested features, removable seating, unavailable in the van they did set us up with. The icing on the cake is the additional $300 in hidden fees and charges that were not disclosed until we arrived to pick up the rental. After being asked directly several times during reservation, “is this the final price?”, we were assured the quoted price was the final price and all that was left was to come and pay for the rental. Not so. The van is nice but not what we were looking for, and we would have gone to another company if the actual, final price of the rental was the price quoted to us. I’ll be going elsewhere in the future.

Car was wonderful and the driver assist tripped me out 😆 car will turn the wheel itself to stay in lane. Adam had me in and out heading to Florida in no time. Very professional and friendly staff, I definitely recommend using enterprise for your vacation vehicle needs. Oh yeah it was a Chevy Malibu that drives itself ✌️

They do not have premium / luxury cars at this location. They will book you for one and then give you something of lower class. I went across town to the other enterprise (on Atlanta Highway) and was a much better experience. Nicer staff, facility, and gave me a car that I actually booked.

Very let down with the company. My insurance set up a rental when my car was totalled. When i picked up the counter guy asked me about insurance for the rental. I explained that my insurance set it up and asked if yhey authorized it. He informed that they did and it would not cost me anything. 3 weeks after i dropped the rental off. In perfect condition i would like to add. Enterprise charged me $244 for the insurance. When i call i got the run around several times and was told that i would need to call my insurance to get my money back. Even though they are tge ones with the emails with the insurance company and the ones that charged my card. The branch manager was rude and would not even listen to me and connected me with the corporate number. I spoke with them and they said they would email me 2 days ago. Just bad business and feel like they are scammers.

The previous time I had to do a insurance rental pickup things went smooth and I was able to get a Wagoneer. Second time was absolutely terrible. I called 3 days ahead and was assured I would get a Wagoneer or Expedition and a courtesy pickup at Noon from the provided address. I also called the morning of pickup and verified the pickup address and vehicle type. The driver was 45 minutes late as he went to the wrong address and called the wrong number. Once I finally got to the office I was told they only had a crossover available. I will not be doing business at this location again as customer service was subpar at best and incompetent at worst.

If I could, I would give a negative 5. I had a rental set up for the Lavonia Georgia Location on January 5th, 2pm I chose this location because I was dropping my car off at Ed Murdoch, which is right next door. The manager called me at 10am on the day of and told me they did not have a vehicle for me , and that she would call me back when she had one. She never returned my call. I called customer service at 3pm. They told me it was unacceptable. And that Fleet manager will call text or email me. No one ever contacted me. I called again on Tuesday .Still no reply. Thursday, I called and made a new reservation. I explained what had happened. I told him I would need a vehicle that would allow for a toddler seat and nothing low to the ground.The gentleman assured me he would make sure that I had the vehicle I need. And because it was a insurance claim, they would make sure the vehicle was there available for me. When I got there Monday, the 12th. They checked me in and then took me out to a 2 seat Sports car. When I told her I had to have something for a car seat, she said, why can't you put him in the passenger seat? I was then informed that was the only car they had available. And she would call me if and when another car comes in. I called customer service and got the same run around as before. Five other people walked in the door to be told. They had no vehicles available, and she would call them when one became available. A minivan came in and was going to be returned. I asked about it. She told me that I would have to go to a different location as she would not rent to me. I ended up driving all the way to Athens to get a rental car. The lady at the Oak street location was more than accommodating. So if you need a car your best bet is Athens. My suggestion is find a car anywhere but the Lavonia location and considering the way that they handled it through customer service. I wouldn't bother renting from enterprise ever again. M

Fast and decent service. However I paid 150$ for a one way trip from Athens to Atlanta Airport and they gave me a Mitsubishi Mirage which was clean but the cheapest car ever (very bare bones). I was expecting a little nicer of a car. Other than that setvice etc., was good.

The employees are great! The cars may be hit or miss. Whomever cleans the windows after each rental could do a better job. I rented a Mazda CX50 and didnt like it. Seats were uncomfortable, and the "avoidance" electronics failed in very light fog. But Enterprise is my "go to" for rentals so I will be back.
