I own a multi-family property and called for service to adjust one of our entry door closers. I explained that no one could meet them but I would let them in remotely and provide my CC for payment. They said they could not provide any service unless someone was present and then hung up on me when I asked why. I make these arrangements routinely so their response was both peculiar and rude.

Emir saved us and our vacation! We broke the key to our car top carrier in half - with all our bags locked inside Friday evening at 5:30pm the night before we were leaving. I called E&A and they graciously stayed for us to drive to the shop. Within 15 minutes, Emir and company had the exact key, fixed the lock and made extra copies - all for less than I was expecting to pay. And their wall of keys is very impressive!
