Came through the drive thru to get my daughter's drink (it was her birthday). The wait wasn't too bad and the person outside was really nice. They gave us the wrong drink, she had to go inside, wait in line, and wait until the people in front of her got their order first. They never made her drink to begin with... That's poor management

Always a speedy process! The employees are always so friendly and my drinks always turn out perfect. I can drive-thru on my way to the office and pick up a drink to start my day.

Was my first time. Didn't really know what to order and the cashier seemed a bit annoyed overall the drink was good.

So told them it was my first time, I didn't get his name but the employee gave me the drink for free. It is actually really good and the fact he was lugging around a Grogu, (Baby Yoda), at work was just even more fun. Had an absolutely excellent experience and will be going again! 😁 A little longer wait time than I'd have liked but the car in front of the line had 4 cups in one vehicle so it was understandable.

My wife wanted to grab a rebel before her night shift as a Nurse. We arrived 25 minutes before she needed to be at the Hospital. The nice guy taking orders, took our 1 drink order at 6:37pm. We waited for 4 cars in front us to get their drinks. We arrived to the window at 6:54pm. I look inside and there are 6 people working. That type of efficiency can’t be good for business. It is ridiculous that it took 17 minutes for us to get 1 rebel. After reading reviews from other paying customers, this has been an issue for a while. The employees working are friendly and very nice but they need to learn to work more efficiently and learn to value other peoples time. Some customers don’t have time to talk about their day.

So happy to find Dutch Bros in Merced as there are no shops in Bay Area. Their sizes look bigger than Starbucks. Ordered caramelizer, really great! To me it tasted more special and better than the one from Starbucks. Hopefully, Dutch Bros can come to the Bay Area! I wish I can have more chance to try every options.

Over the last couple weeks they have had big improvement with the shots in the 911, kicker etc. Shots were getting worse as they were either burnt from pulling the shot too late leaving grounds in drinks or machine needed serviced. Either way now the coffee is drinkable again. Mobile ordering you’re treated still as just a regular lad coming in the drive thru and ordering right then and there. I have been doing inside pick up and they have been doing amazing. Seems to be a Dutch Bro policy mobile drive thru service implementation issue in general however at all Dutch bros. In a hurry go to Starbucks, have time to wait Dutch Bros if you are going through drive thru and can’t get out of the car.

Make that 5 min extra drive to the one on W Olive Ave, lines are much faster and customer service much friendlier. At the window two baristas made our drinks therefore we saw how it was made, I had asked for extra soft top and they gave me regular amount. As soon as the barista gave us our drinks I said “excuse me” and he decided to walk away. I told my husband to call the other barista working on other drinks and we were gaslighted, she said it did have extra and that it was settling. I had noting else to say besides ok. So disappointing for something we pay for.

I have held back from making this review for a while and I gave this location several chances because it is closest to where I work.. But somehow, I noticed this is a big issue at this location and there is several low reviews About the same issue. So first of all every time I happen to do a mobile order so that it can be ready on time I show up and my drinks either not ready or I have to wait 5 to 10 minutes to just get help. I usually put my order in at least 40 minutes before I’ll be there (because somehow it’s never done) and there’s been a few times the drink is not done yet! After it’s been 15-40 minutes PAST pick up time. And the times that my drink does happen to be ready, I go up to the window and I stand there and wait and watch multiple workers pass by me see me and not even acknowledge me or ask what I need when a drink that is mobile pickup and should not take so long to hand over. I’m very respectful and patient so every time I try to be understanding that they have the drive-through line and they are busy but they really exceed the limit… I’ve tried to ask why does it take so long for someone at the window with mobile order to get a drink it defeats the purpose.. they pretty much told me they prioritize drive thru because it’s always full. Okay? But I put my mobile order way before and I’m just coming to pick up a drink that should be done!! (Should take less than 2 minutes) there’s been a few times I’ve been late work/class due to this issue.. I plan ahead and they still can’t get my drink at the time I placed the order (or remotely close). I suggest retraining or prioritizing customers at the window/ mobile orders since they just all seem to be working on drive thru drinks or drawing/ talking about non related work topics.. which makes it more frustrating ! It takes a lot for me to complain and this issue has happened to me EVERY time I visit this exact location wether it’s busy OR not busy. And today was the same issue, and to top it off my drink was nothing like what it usually should be or taste.. I threw it away because I was so upset about the wait time issue AGAIN and the flavor was just not drinkable, clearly thrown together quickly.. I hope you guys really look into this issue as many others experience it and will decide to go to another business that doesn’t have this reoccurring issue! Customer service is good they are all polite aside from them ignoring customers in the window ( literally pass by you and don’t come until 5-8 mins after)

I went to Dutch Bros today in pure excitement for a sugar free tigers blood blended rebel. When I got my drink, I have never been more upset and disappointed in my life. It looks like someone scooped all the ice from the bottom of a freezer and shoved into my drink without blending it so the ice and drink were two separate entities. The "blended" ice was hard and tasted awful. My fiancé, worried for my mental health, attempted to blend the rebel himself at home and to no avail. I ended up draining the drink down my sink and then running hot water to melt the hard blended ice away. 0/10 experience, honestly ruined my affinity for Dutch Bros. Not only did i waste money, but our precious time.

All the staff I’ve interacted with are friendly, there’s tons of drinks you can order, and they give pretty fast service, even when the lines are long. Say what you want about the wait time but I’ve seen first hand when people all order and arrive at the same time both drive thru and pick up counter, they still manage to get through the lines as quick as they can while trying to make the experience positive especially when there’s promotions going on or if they’re short staffed. It’s not up for debate, they need more credit where it’s due. My dog gives them 5 stars too for all the extra treats they’ve put into his pup cups before, he takes them very seriously 🐶

I have a friend who loves Dutch Bros, so I decided to finally give them a try. Unfortunately, this visit was enough to convince me not to return. First, the drive-thru entrance off their posted address was blocked, forcing cars to reverse and weave through neighboring businesses’ parking lots just to reach the actual line. I genuinely considered abandoning the detour and ordering from one of those businesses instead—now I wish I had. Once you reach Dutch Bros’ split-lane drive-thru, be prepared to wait. A long time. The car that pulled in after me in Lane 1 had their order taken immediately, while the four cars in front of me, and myself, were completely ignored. I watched six cars from Lane 1 order and drive away before our lane even inched forward and my order was finally taken. When I reached the window, I received my hot drink and a muffin top. My drink had already spilled down the cup before it was handed to me, leaving my hands and then steering wheel a mess. As for the muffin top, I wasn’t aware Dutch Bros doesn’t serve real food, and this item tasted like something from a hospital waiting room vending machine: cold, stale, and just unpleasant. If this is their standard, it’s not a good one. This Olive Drive location completely ruined my interest in Dutch Bros. I think I’ll help my friend transition to a place with professional service and quality products. I will say the mocha itself was okay, but not nearly enough to make up for the rest of the experience.
