Not a bad Dollar General the only complaint I have staff wasn't very friendly plus they didn't have everything I needed out of about 50% of the things I wanted but other than that didn't see too much thevin so It must be in a good neighborhood

Its bad enough when u have to dodge stockers at Walmart now DG wants to stock during the day when the store us tiny its hard to shop with product carts blocking aisles.

This particular location has A LOT merchandise but such little space to put it ALL in. Aisle are very small and crowed, only one person at a time can shop the aisles. Store seems dirty and cluttered. This time when I shopped there, stood at the register waiting to check out for along time before a clerk ever appeared. I'm really stretching it by giving this location a 3 star.

They only had one register open. The male cashier needs to talk less and work faster. People have lives. They aren't there for entertainment from him

Great staff and great selection of food and cards. It's one of the newer styles in terms of the store layout but, that just adds go the experience of finding deals. Clean restrooms!

The manager, short old white lady with glasses, kinda resembles the witch from snow white, was the most unhospitable manager I have ever seen. I have been in here just a few times and definitely not coming back. This store is complete trash everytime I come in. I just dont understand how she still has a job. Good luck with that one DG. I think you all keep moving her around from store to store for this same reason. I cant believe you have put up with that, for what she said, 18 years.

Not the cleanest store and aisles are very narrow, but they do have great prices. Have never bought anything out of date there, so they do stay on top of checking products.

Once again I find myself in desperate need of an essential & I turn to my trusty neighborhood dollar store. They've got almost everything you could need with the exception of a few things.its it's just extremely convenient when I know the dollar store right down the road has what I'm looking for. I know all the employees & they know me.

Poor selection on beer, they always have good cheap wine, the place Is always clean and the employees although look tired are always polite and happy to help. One of the better DG's I've shopped at. 4 stars. Cause 3 and a half isn't an option.

Been to all the dollar generals in town and this is the best one hands down. Cleanest store in town, friendly employees, they are always working and not standing around plus the manager is always there doing something this is probably why the store stays clean and organized. Manager has such and great and friendly staff. Keep up the good work and thanks for being friendly.

From waiting in line for 20 minutes I witnessed the man working to be very rude! He was sending cash payers to one register while card payments to the other. He was waiting on people who just got in line while others had been in line for quit some time. A lady who put her card in ""before it told her to"" ""froze up the whole system"" according to him, as he very hatefully spoke in a degrading manner! He practically yelled at her, telling her to STOP! He had already rang all of her items up! She let him know that it wasn't her fault it "froze up", he continued to be rude.... If I didn't NEED the item I purchased, I would have walked out. Some people did because of it. One man told him this is why so many have stopped coming to this location, because of rude employees. Just curious, is management on duty or do they just hide out in the office while the lines back up 10 +? Also, why would a store with one person working the register have registers that can only do cash sales, card only sales? These stores are not big enough for this nonsense.

Love This Dollar General. The store seems bigger than the others in town and there is plenty of parking. The employees there are especially helpful. The manager is always friendly and makes sure they keep the store clean and neat. Never have to step over boxes and stuff they are stocking like you do at the other Dollar Generals. Best Dollar Store in Wichita Falls!!

Imagine preparing Thanksgiving dinner and cutting into the onions that you have already purchased for dinner anfin byning out that they are rotten inside. Convenience stores in the area don't have fresh fruits and vegetables, andall of the grocery stores including Walmart and Target they're closed for the day. A people are coming for dinner. Dollar General on 5th saved me! They are the only store that we could find in Wichita Falls that was open and had onions on Thanksgiving Day. They were very busy, as one can imagine. They had one young lady work, and even though she had a store full of customers, and she could possibly do, she was pleasant and proficient. Dollar general, but for me, on that day, they saved Thanksgiving dinner! Thank you Dollar General (only) on 5th Street!
