The price was good. Although I came with dirty car, that needed second pass, and the person gave me a whole pep talk, how my car is dirty and so he doesn't make money if I pass second time. So don't go there if your car is very dirty, only go if your car is clean.

I was born and raised in Mamaroneck and I have gone to this car wash my entire life. Three weeks ago, I was visiting my parents and went to get a quick wash since I recently got a new car. During the wash, I noticed that the front license plate frame broke in half and approached the manager. He was very rude and didn't want to be bothered, but stated that "it wasn't a big deal" and he would get me a new one at Mercedes within the next few days. I left him my name and phone number. I called multiple times up to a week or so after the incident and additionally sent an email with pictures of some scratches that I noticed to my vehicle. Again, this is a new car with no scratches prior. Three weeks later, I have not heard from him once. My family and friends are very involved in the area and have shared my story. Them, and now many others, will not be going back.

Current cheapest option in March 2025 for an exterior wash is $15; with tax and fees = $16.26. The water pressure from the jets was strong and the rotating wash mops inside the tunnel did a thorough job. No line and no wait at 2 in the afternoon. Great service.

This place destroyed my wheels after two visits due to the brush machine they used to clean them. Caused a ton of scratches and the cleaner they used caused discoloring. Do not go to this place if you value your wheels and tires. Completely ruined

I brought my vehicle through this car wash hoping for a basic clean. Instead, I left with a scratched hood and a disturbing interaction with the manager, Jesus. There was some stubborn bird poop on the hood when I arrived, but instead of safely power washing it as they claim to do, it’s clear a scraper or abrasive tool was used—leaving visible scratches that cut through the paint. This damage happened during the wash itself—not before. To make matters worse, other spots of bird droppings weren’t even cleaned, so the job wasn’t even done properly. When I brought this to Jesus’ attention, I was met not with concern or professionalism, but hostility and aggression. I calmly asked him not to put his hands in my face, yet he continued to do so and even swiped at me as I was getting back into my car. His response to the scratches? Repeatedly offering to “buff it out,” which is not a solution when the paint is physically damaged. No apology. No explanation. No refund. Just defensiveness and an aggressive attitude. The experience was unacceptable from both a customer service and vehicle care standpoint. This place is already overpriced for what you get—but worse, you may leave with more damage than you arrived with. I will never return and strongly recommend against this car wash to anyone in the Lower West Chester area. If you value your vehicle’s condition and basic human respect, take your business elsewhere.

Not sure why I paid extra for the seat cleaning and mat washing. I complained after the car wash and they told me I needed to pay for car detailing- not a car wash. $55 seems expensive for how “clean” my car came out. I asked them to vacuum more and this is the end result.

My family has moved to this area and highly recommended this car wash to me as they all have their cars cleaned at this establishment. Being a busy professional and living over 10 miles away, I called for an appointment for a detailed car service and the owner, Jesus made it very easy and convenient to schedule. Jesus shared his detailed observations with me (including a small screw in one of my tires before I arrived) and assured of the various items to be taken care of and cleaned – in particular my door protectors which leading up to this day, the glue had melted out from the sun onto my car. Macario and the team did an INCREDIBLE job with the external and internal detailed cleaning (also the care of my personal items within the car such as my dash cam, etc), and I was super impressed by the removal and fix of the small screw, all the glue was cleared and cleaned, and some tape on my car from the past was removed with no trace! I was incredibly happy by the work done with the clay cleaning that has brought back the original color to my car that I did not think was possible without a re-paint and they did it shining so clean just like the day I brought it off the showroom floor (now 5 years later!) I feel the interior and exterior clean is good and prepared for the winter months that I can go back for small maintenance going forward – to which, I will return to Dip-In Car Wash!!

Probably the worst car wash I've been to and I'm from NYC. F150, didn't even remove antenna, thank god it didn't brake but it was a close call. I paid for the best wash and wondering what is their base wash if everything needs to be cleaned and washed again.. the mats, doors inside, panels, armrest. Everything. There's dust on every flat surface, literally. I didn't expect them to fly through my car in under 60 seconds. Wasted time and money. Garbage place.
