Met “ Detailed by Jay llc “ while he was detailing a vehicle in our neighborhood. I was a little hesitant at first, but decided to stop. Talked to Jay about the process and he explained what would be done and to check out his website for a variety of cleaning packages. After checking out his website I decided to go with the Silver Package. I scheduled Jay to come out on 10-16-24. He arrived as scheduled. He is a very diligent worker and takes pride in making another persons vehicle look top notch. When Jay was finished I was pleased by the job he did. When my wife saw the results ( which is more important ) she was completely amazed. She loved the outcome. Jay is personable, passionate about his work and he respects your vehicle as if it was his. We recently had our Honda Pilot detailed by Jay, and the transformation was nothing short of miraculous. Our car, which had been through the wringer with four kids, looked like a disaster zone inside. Jay spent an entire workday meticulously cleaning and detailing every inch of it. Jay did an awesome job cleaning and ceramic coating my new 2024 Harley Road Glide. I am very meticulous about my vehicles and how they look. So I wanted to make sure this new bike would stay looking new, hence the ceramic coating. Jay found small scratches and paint imperfections on my brand new bike that even I overlooked. He took the time to fix everything he found that could be fixed. He was prompt on every appointment and very courteous. He worked all day, even out in the rain(to my dismay), and got the job done.
