I paid almost 40 dollars for a interior clean and tipped. I slightly looked in the car and pulled off. I didn’t leave the parking lot and went back around because my console area was still dirty and untouched. All they did was Vacuum literally, I could’ve did that myself for 2 dollars. They didn’t touch nothing else. When I went back around the young lady was leaving for the night and the gate was closed. So I figured that’s why I got a rushed job. I live in Buffalo so the next day I drove 20 minutes and told the staff at the front desk. Luke and I believe Anthony T worked together and did wonderful job on my car. They also apologized! I appreciate them understanding and doing the right thing…

I recently had exterior treatments performed on both of my vehicles. The first vehicle had some issues initially, but when I brought it back, Rocco was incredibly sympathetic and understanding. He assured me that everything would be corrected properly, and his professionalism was greatly appreciated. When I returned to have the second vehicle done—and Rocco happened to be off that day—Eric stepped in and ensured the work was done correctly. He stayed in communication with me throughout the process and demonstrated the same level of care and excellent customer service. Both Rocco and Eric went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied, and I truly appreciate their dedication and professionalism.

Be careful of this car wash. We went there on 9/12/2025. We did the $21 wash. We ended up with a flat tire because while going through wash something cut our tire. Since we were from out of town , we could not stay around. The manager said it would take 5 days for an incident report and for it to be looked at. The tires were almost new on a brand new truck. We ended up and had to get 4 new tires because one of the other tires had a big nail from the same place. They would not even offer to change the tire. We had to get the tire aired up and go get tires some where else. It was a bad experience but from what we were told from others in the area. It happens there all of the time.

Value for what you pay as a monthly member, is horrible. The main issue is the fact that the car wash closes during normal business hours, a lot. Pick a random Tuesday at 1pm...wash closed. Why? They staff alerting the public its closed simply told me...they didnt know. 4 times last month I went there to get a wash...closed. Do they reimburse your membership for dowm time. No they do not. Horrible customer service.

Stopped at Amherst location at 8:00 am today for an inspection. They couldn’t do it bcz they were out of stickers (odd since it’s only the 4th day of the month). Went to the Falls location around 11:30 am, one car ahead of me and was told it was going to take a few hours due to lunch coverage. At 1:30 my car was still not looked at but noticed several guys in the garage doing nothing. Finally car was done around 2:15. I will go to a different garage in the future that will schedule appts so I don’t waste another afternoon.

Had to get an oil change and because I pay for the unlimited car washes I get a discount so I went to this location. Dealt with an employee named Angel and he was great. Very informative, communicative and was not pushy when I wasn’t interested in certain services. All around cool dude, I appreciated him being the one to take care of me.

I just had the steam cleaning and vacuuming done but if you watch the video you'll see that they miss a lot.. I even had it set up for them to make it real easy for them to get everywhere

Our first time in the detail/ mechanic shop here. Carlos and Vinny took care of our car , they were friendly and funny made it simple for our first time . Professional and we were in and out probably 10 mins for a tire rotation . We were a couple mins late after closing but they still made sure we were taken care of. We will come back especially now that we know their flow

Just moved to NYS a week and a half ago. Went to get my window tint removed so I could pass inspection. Was quoted a very reasonable price, and told it would take "about an hour." At Hour 1, they let me know that it would be "a bit longer" because there was some other layer of tint on my windshield. That was fine. At Hour 2, I was told it would be about 15 more minutes. At Hour 3, they told me about another 45 minutes. During this time, I was brought over to the bay and asked if I'd ever removed tint before, if I've had to get the glue off. Didn't appreciate the attitude from someone who wasn't able to even do the job competently in a reasonable amount of time. Right as I was coming up on Hour 4, they said it was finally done. They said the additional time was due to the amount of glue that had been used by whoever put on the tint, and the defroster on the rear window that was having tint removed. I looked around the outside, and it looked mostly fine. I started to pull out of the shop, and I noticed tint still left on the bottom of the driver's side window, pieces of tint all inside the car, and a rubber glove left under the center console. So I had to turn back around, go back in, and wait about another hour for it to finally be done. When I went to the dealership where I'd previously started the inspection and told the person working in the service department about what happened at Delta Sonic, they were dumbfounded. I understand that things like this can take a bit longer than planned. But 1 hour vs. 5 hours? That's not even remotely reasonable. Trying to send me out the door with the interior of the car in that condition, especially after all that time? Inexcusable. If you believe that your time or money is valuable at all, I would encourage you to go somewhere else.

I’ve never had a bad experience at the NF location and prefer this location over the others nearby. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful. I choose Delta Sonic over competitors because how they treat me. Today I had a full synthetic oil change completed by Antonio, Chuck, and Vinny. Professional and friendly. Antonio is exceptional! His customer service skills are superb. I hope he is acknowledged for how awesome he is at his job. Thank you all for being so nice and honest and transparent. I really appreciate all the staff I’ve ever encountered at this location and happy to continue supporting this business.

This place sucks. The employee working the line allowed other vehicles to cut me off. Then the car they took 1/2 hour to sign up for “unlimited” for 2 different cars. God forbid I try to get my truck washed during my lunch break. This place is by far the most ridiculous place. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Maybe a few dollars more at Tidal Wave across the street will be worth. Absolutely a joke. Terrible service.

I was also looking to get some new windshield wipers for my front window and they were able to replace them for me as well.
