I did the ultimate plus for $18 and it was horrible it didn't do the final Rinse before telling me to exit. It left the foam sealant all over the truck. Now I am home removing the soap/ sealant myself. What a waste of money. If I wanted to wash my truck myself I would have not wasted $18 and no one answered the phone number to dispute the problem. I am contacting my card company to see if they will reverse the charge. This place is a joke this happened Oct 2nd 2022. Do not waste your money here

Wash was a great place to get ones car wash while it was price right, but lately it just wash and not drying. The sign doesn't have a price increase on the sign and i didn't get a receipt , so i had to dry it myself. Well looks like i have go to Coachman car wash for 11 bucks you get a complete wash with interior windows and vac done.

Do not use this car wash… I paid $15 for a two minute wash that did not rinse completely. The dryer only worked on half of my car. Now I am left with a car that looks more dirty than when I started. My car now sits in my driveway with spots and soap scum in 90° weather. Cannot find a contact number to notify the owner so I am just out of luck and $15 poorer with a dirty car. Do not use this car wash.

Used to be a good car wash but recently dropped in quality. The dryer that you pay extra for does not work properly, leaving your car with a lot of water still on it. Owner also decided to raise the price by a dollar. Would not recommend for a touch-less car wash.

This place is totally hit or miss. Usually the jets are broken or the under carriage spray is broken. Most recently, after "new hardware" was installed, the air dryer AND the undercarriage jets were broken. On the bright side, you can call the number on your receipt and let them know what happened and you'll probably get a code for a free wash, but it happens so often that I've given up. I try it once every couple of months in hopes of a better experience, because it's a convenient location for me, but its usually the same old outcome... "Shouldn't have wasted my $12.00 here." [UPDATE] I noticed that this location had a completely new wash & dry system installed, so I decided to give it another try; I wish I hadn't. I got the most expensive wash and ended up having to wash it a second time with the cheapest option just to clean off the blue dye left all over my car. If an automatic car wash is unable to clean the soap it sprays all over a vehicle, maybe they shouldn't use colored soap. 🤬 Shame on me for trying it again.

I used to use this car wash often before they changed the equipment and it always did a good job. Went back today, wouldn't accept my credit cards, had to pay cash. The "wash" did absolutely nothing. My car looked exactly the same as before. When I got home I saw that the cover to my antenna had been ripped off (not the telescoping kind they take no responsibilty for). I went back to find it and the manager happened to be there. I showed him my car and he told me it never would have cleaned it, the dirt was "oxidized" on and would need to be waxed off. It didn't even clean the windshield. I asked for my $15 back and he refused. He was really rude. I grabbed the antenna from him and when I got home I washed my car myself and the dirt came off with no effort. Save your money and DO NOT use this car wash. I'll never go back. I'd give it no stars if I could. UPDATE: I got an estimate of $761 to fix my antenna! A complaint has been filed with the BBB and if the owner doesn't comply I'll see him in court.

9-15-24 went to the car wash like I do every Sunday morning, unfortunately today it only rinsed half my car. There is normally left over soap/wax on it when I go, today it only rinsed the right side of my vehicle, not the left side, so I had to get out of my car and wipe it completely down as there was actually still dirt on the car. My car was not that dirty to begin with, but it looks like I went through a mud puddle so something is going on inside that car wash.

I waited in line 2- cars before me. As I watched it seemed the first car had a positing problem but finally the system started after his many attempts of rolling back and forth. The car directly in front of me had no visual issues, so I paid cash $14 and entered. The system failed to engage, faulty sensor's and lack of maintenance for sure!!! So I called the phone number on my receipt and the phone rings and rings, I sent a few texts, but no response, surely customer service is joke as is this car wash!! So dont waste you money or your time, when many other options are available!!

I love that it’s touchless! I always prefer to detail my own car but I have a broken leg so this does the trick in a pinch. It doesn’t clean your wheels and I suggest you dry off your car afterward. Still beats a car wash w brushes if you want to keep your paint job in tact!

Very bummed lately. $20 for the best wash is high! Also since the display is out no way of knowing what you're getting. twice now I got the receipt and wash for $10 basic wash and had to pay the $20 and go back through or I'd be leaving soaking wet and undried. (Top button is highest grade wash for those reading until it's fixed.) I've been coming here since 2010 and I'm going to have to find another touch free option. It's gone down hill so much and no way of telling the owners anymore. The number online doesn't answer, and the phone number on the receipt just comes up as busy all the time.

This is the only touch-less drive thru wash in the Palm Harbor area & it is perfect to maintain the exterior appearance of my vehicles. It is simple & efficient to use, & most importantly, it is totally safe to use without fear of high velocity brushes & harsh detergents harming the expensive ceramic coatings I have applied to my vehicles. This wash will not “detail” my car after a road trip but it is perfect for my detailed vehicles to drive-thru once a week for 14 bucks & keep them lookin clean all the time!

A waste of money! The ultimate package has gone up $3 from last time and I left the car wash with soap all over my car (see pics). I tried to contact the operator, but to no avail. They recently upgraded their machine, and honestly, I believe that it's worse than the old one. Don't waste your money and go to Pelican instead which is close by.

I've used these types of washes many times in the past, Normally a good experience NOT THIS TIME. I got the "ultimate"($15) wash and after finishing the wash, I got out of my car to dry my mirrors and notice there was blue..soap all over the driver side(I didnt bother looking at the passenger side) So I called the customer service # and left a VM. I decided to go back through the wash(this time $12 wash option) and again PINK and BLUD liquid was all over my car when I left. Note pictures are just from the 1st wash.

Love that its 24hrs. Had no idea we had a 24 hour carwash, its great for people who work different hours other than the usual 9-5. Today I went and it was broke..First time it didn't work, but I just started goin there. Just wanted to say Thank you for having a 24 hour car wash. And just so you knw today it is not working.
