I dropped my vehicle off at my scheduled date and time for an oil change, new turn signal, and to have my air suspension looked at. A day went by and no call. The next day I called and they said they had not gotten to it but would try to have it done. No call the rest of the day for an update. The third day I received no call so I called again and they said they did not have a mechanic to change the oil and fix an out turn signal. I picked the truck up with nothing done to it. I did not understand how I could book the appointment weeks in advance and not get simple work done plus diagnostics done. I was frustrated because I pull trailers on the weekend and had this scheduled in the middle of the week so that I could have it done before a 1k roadtrip. I wanted to give them a second chance, weeks later, and booked another appointment. I dropped the truck off before the scheduled date and time of the appointment and did not receive an update till maybe the next day (I maybe wrong on the exact time). They gave me a quote to fix my air suspension to which I declined due to the cost. They then said my truck was ready and sent me the bill. I noticed they did not charge me for an oil change so I called to make sure it was done since it was the primary reason for my appointment. They advised my oil was not changed and that it was not on the work order. Then waited longer for them to change the oil. When I got the truck back my dash was showing change oil and fuel filter. I was very frustrated with their lack of communication and the amount of time I waited for an appointment to be told they had not worked on my vehicle.★☆☆☆☆ a month ago

I never leave reviews but man was this place AMAZING. My husband and I were car shopping and found a car that was screaming our names! We worked with Chris and Rob, like I said before AMAZING people. They answered all of our questions (which we had a lot of them). We were not pushed into buying a car which was so nice as other places we went to we felt like we were being pushed around a bit.
