Been a couple times to service my vehicle there. They charge me a better price for oil change than Nissan of McKinney. All issues that I’ve brought to their attention have been dealt with. They were able to find and fix loose steering rack bolts after other dealers couldn’t find anything wrong. My only complaint is there isn’t much support for shuttle or loan car service. In addition, I had to leave my vehicle for extended periods to get basic service completed, which was massively inconvenient. Overall, they do good work, but if it’s anything beyond an oil change be prepared to wait.
