Very slow customer service and response time. Not sure of the quality of the work but he was rude whenever I told him I would not be moving forward with him. He never answered texts or calls and when he did it was 1 or 2 words or not even him answering.

Admittedly I tried to book a detailing on short notice (24hours) he was good enough to agree to it. He gave me an estimate ($80) based on the vehicle I described (F350 dually). Again admittedly I thought this was on the cheap side. I told him our location, gave him the address and confirmed that we were in his service area. The next day I text him to confirm and he gave me a time but informed me that it would be $110 plus a $30 travel fee. I was annoyed that he had changed his price but agreed that the amount lined up more with industry standard. After agreeing to his price I got radio silence he never showed at his agreed upon time, didn’t return my text messages or answer my phone calls. A simple “I can’t make it” would have been annoying but sufficient. I hope he treats his other customers better or he won’t have any.

Corry did me wrong. I told to detail my pick up instead he sent his son, not only he arrived 40 minutes late but did a terrible job. Upon arrival I asked his son if could do my RV and he said yes and quoted me a price. They had 3 guys working on both vehicles and since he arrived late it got dark so my Rv was left with all of the polen and soap runoff that roll down from the top of the RV and landed on top of the battery compartment and LP gas compartment . They are supposed to be professionals and they had the pressure so high that it peeled of some of lettering on the rear of the RV no tire shine on any of the tires and the windows were left stained with soap scum. I texted corry including pics of the terrible job and never got back with me or even a sorry. For what I was charged, not really worth it.

I used to use Corry for so many years when he had his spot on baseline road and he did such an amazing job and when he became fully mobile I referred him to my whole office staff. While cleaning our cars because of the location there are other offices around he would then get other customers he has never came to my job for only 1 car i always made sure he had 2 or 3. But recently Corry has not been showing up and when his son shows up he is late and nothing against the son he is just taking on more of his dad's clientele than he can handle because Corry just isn't working. The last straw for me is when i was told they will come and clean my car on a Friday and they will keep me posted on the time well guess what 3 months later i still haven't received the first phone call or text. I can't stand inconsistency in a business he has gotten way too big to run mobile and has forgotten about the ones that was with him from day 1.

Just had Corry and his team clean our two SUVs! We are so ecstatic with their service, professionalism, communication, and punctuality. It took a bit to get on the schedule, because my schedule is so hectic, but Corry was so patient with us and flexible with what we needed. Our little dog makes quite a mess in our cars, and Cory had them shining and sparkling like new! We will absolutely be using his services again. You won’t go wrong!
