I was very impressed with the level of care that Guillermo from Coastside put into the detail. He was very thorough and did a pre-inspection to make sure he addressed any particular areas of concern. We had to reschedule due to weather and he was very accommodating. The set up was very professional and organized. I recently had the pleasure of having my 2023 X5 detailed by Coastside Detailing, and I couldn't be more satisfied. Guillermo, the owner, provided exceptional customer service. He was professional, knowledgeable, and clearly explained the detailing package my vehicle was getting. As Guillermo put it, “Detailing your car is a luxury—more importantly, experienced detailing is just as important.” I couldn’t agree more. I had some tree sap stains on the driver’s side, and Guillermo was able to buff them out and apply a fresh coat of wax. On top of that, my toddler had spilled paint on the sunroof cover, and he managed to remove it completely. The results were outstanding. I was so impressed that I had him come back to detail my wife’s SUV. Once again, the service and results were exceptional.
