Great service! The owner did us a great favor and fit us in at the last minute. He's all about making people happy and they do great work. The actual spot is a bit hard to find, but worth the search! We spilled milk in the car and there were some stains on the seats- they got all the stains and the smell out and the car looks brand new! Thanks again!

I love this detailing service! Not only do they come to your house, but they offer different packages and add on's to fit your needs and budget! Today was my first time using them and a gentleman named Noah came out to perform the service. He was punctual and thorough with the detailing. The service I went with was a mini interior with pet hair removal. I was shocked how brand new my car looked after! The entire service from beginning to end took about 2 1/2 hours, but since I was at home I was able to go inside and be comfortable. I would 100% recommend using them!!

This is the second car that I have taken there and I must say, top notch service and my car looks better than what it did leaving the showroom. I have a new car and it was seriously scratched up by a dog, and all of the scratches were taken out and the shine that was placed on this car absolutely the BEST! The work they did was amazing. I’m so happy with everything. My car hasn’t been so clean, smelled this this nice, or look so blue in I don’t know how long. I will absolutely use them again for anything they offer. They are absolutely wonderful people to talk to and that they offer shuttle service was great for me as I needed to be driven to work and picked up to get my car and I did all of that without any worries.

I don’t think I’ve ever left a review before, but I needed to after our amazing experience here. My husbands GMC Terrain was filled with Siberian Husky and Alaskan Malamute dog fur. I don’t think it had been cleaned out or vacuumed since 2015 so the fur and dog dander was totally embedded into every fiber within that vehicle. It was real bad and real embarrassing. On top of that, the car was covered in tree sap. I honestly didn’t think there was any hope for it at all, but when we picked it up today from Cloud 9, we were both in absolute awe. It looks totally unrecognizable because it looks brand new! I can’t find a single strand of dog fur and all the dirt and grime build up inside and out has magically disappeared. The sap is completely gone like it had never been there in the first place. In addition to all that, I was happy to pay what I did because it was an excellent deal and completely worth every single penny. Another detailing company I’ve used in the past quoted $800.00 to clean my husbands car. Cloud 9 did it for half of that and did a far superior job than my past experience with the other place. We are so so impressed, will be returning customers, and 100% recommend their services.

I brought my car in for a full detailing inside and out and a major repair to scratches on my clear coat. Evan was very professional and informative when discussing options that we could pursue, and to top it off, very friendly. I wanted to get my van cleaned out after being trashed for 3 years by kids, weather elements, spills and crumbs. I decided to make an appointment with Cloud 9 Detailing. I'm very big on first impression vibes, and when I had called to inquire, I wasn't rushed off the phone, I got a full process explanation, and actually felt cared about, not just another transaction. I could not have been happier when I picked up my van, it looked brand new. Evan runs a very professional company and is a very kind and caring human. They even waited for me to get from across town from work, I was running late and they were so nice about it. I would give this service a five-star rating without hesitation! First and foremost, the attention to detail was impeccable. Every nook and cranny of my car was thoroughly cleaned and looked brand new by the time they were finished. The seats, carpets, and dashboard were all meticulously scrubbed and polished to perfection. It was like getting a new car all over again. Excellent customer service from the 1st call to the owner, Evan, to inquire about interior detailing. Evan was very responsive and was able to get me scheduled for 2 days after the call. The detailing itself was top notch and the car really looked and felt like new with attention given to every corner of the vehicle. Evan went above and beyond and dropped me back to my place after I had dropped my car. He had even offered to pick me up after the detailing was done in about 7 hours. My car looks like I just drove it off the dealership lot! It looks like a blue pearl. The inside / outside detailing performed by Cloud 9 is on a whole new level! This is white glove luxury service detailing. Their service goes beyond washing the carpeting and windows; every nook and cranny inside the car was touched and restored to brand new. My tires were “dressed.” The paint was restored to a deep luster and feels amazing. Evan even replaced the rusty screws holding my license plate. Just picked up my Tahoe and I’ve only had it back for a half hour and have gotten multiple compliments on how good it looks. Evan did amazing job on my exterior detail. I am so glad I went to Cloud Nine to get my Subaru detailed. I had both the interior and exterior done. I bought the car used, and the previous owner had used it for construction supply hauling & offroading -- and it definitely showed. Evan was so clear about any extra work that needed to be done on the car, and the communication was so much appreciated. My car looks amazing, and I can't wait to show it off on the road.
