I don’t normally write a bad review for businesses but I had to write it this time because I think this place has either bad intention to completely rip the customer off or is simply not capable of making a right diagnosis, or both. Last week, I paid 169$ as a diagnostic fee for their false diagnosis. Upon their diagnosis, they quoted me over $4,200 for replacing the whole steering wheel components because they claimed there has been a leakage in a steering hose, draining out all the fluids and burning the whole compartments so the whole steering pump and hoses should be replaced. Of course, I sought a second opinion somewhere else and it tuns out all I needed was the filling up of steering wheel fluids. It costs me 11$ of two steering wheel fluids and 140$ for labor. All the steering components they claimed to be burned and replaced turn out to be completely fine. No leakage, no burned parts, no need to replace the whole thing. I am at a loss for words for how disingenuous and incapable they are. Very unpleasant experiences of having my money and time wasted for completely false diagnosis.
