They did a pretty good job The only thing that disappointed me was that they polished all four of my rims and gave the tires armor all but only the ones that touched the ground they forgot to get the rear tire. When you're driving there's always someone behind you and the rear tire was still not polished and looked drab. I was kind of disappointed.

Super sweet teens/young adults who did a great job detailing my car. I just drive it across country and was getting it ready to ship overseas. While it wasn't bad because I tried to take care of it myself, the young gentleman there with the beautiful head of curly hair took care to get the bug splatters my car acquired over the week long drive. If I was staying in the area, I'd make this my go to detailing shop. Amazing job and reasonable prices.

Excellent car wash. They have a monthly subscription, you can use their towels to dry your car, attendants pre soak before entering, and the vacuum is available as well. Rarely any line, but if there is one, it moves fairly quickly. Highly recommend. Keep your ride shining!!

7/9/22 - My most recent visit... I went and had my car washed again and it worked like a charm. I met the manager, assuming it was Collin (I just saw the response to my last review), and he explained about the change to the polish. Thank you for taking care to respond to my review and to fix my problem even though I did not contact you via email! Happy to keep coming back because you do care about your customer service, which means a lot to me! 6/29/22 - My most recent visit... I'm a bit disappointed in my car wash today. I got my usual wash, Platinum Wash & Go, which (normally) includes the tri-color polish. (My kids love watching the colored suds.) This time, no tri-color was used, so I went to the attendant and she was nice enough to let me go through again for the same wash, but again, no tri-color polish was applied. I have a recording and my receipt but I can't post a video, only photos. Giving this a 3 star only because the attendant let me go back through. I still don't like that I did not get what I paid for. Perhaps the attendant has not been trained properly because I haven't had this problem before. I have been looking for a decent car wash for months now, ever since I had a bad experience at another car wash place. I highly recommend Classy Chassis! It has been over a month since I've washed my SUV. This car wash actually washed my SUV...after my previous bad experience (different company) with soap left all over and basically paying for a rinse, I'm happy to say I found my new car washing place! The ladies that work here did an amazing job cleaning the windows and vacuuming the inside. We'll be back for sure! Thank you for a great wash and amazing service!

Purchased the Platinum Wash & Go. Upon pulling out of the facility and traveling down the road, I hit the sun and I was shocked to see all of the water spots on my windshield. Once I got home, I found lots of water spots on my hood. Also found abrasions on my new tires. Requested a refund but the manager denied. This is the second quality issue with Classy Chassis, the first was in Tacoma. I will not be going through a Classy Chassis car wash with either of my vehicles.

Even with the cheapo option I always drive away very, very happy. Other washes seem to leave spots where the dirt is still kinda there I guess, but not here. This is 3 days after I had it washed, and when I did wash it it had 2 months of drives from Portland and back plus a track day. I've taken multiple of my vehicles through and they're super clean every time!

IF YOUR LOOKING FOR ANY SORT OF PERFECTION DO NOT GO TO CLASSY CHASSY (dt puyallup) FOR A DETAIL JOB. In this case we PAID for what we DIDN’T GET!! You will literally pay 60.00 for a wash and sloppy vacuum job. (And.. we dropped it off so they could take their time) LET THE PHOTOS TELL THE TALE. Not even tire dressing!!

Worst car wash I ever had at this location wheels were still dirty and the roof was also dirty. When I asked for a courtesy brush on the wheels before wash all they did was try to sell me a more expensive wash so because I said no it came out looking terrible. Will never be back to this place EVER!

The was could be much better, I paid for platinum wash. Vehicle is a small size sedan. Front bumper barely gets washed clean. Upper windshield corners and sides get missed w the brushes, so, not a good clean. Sides, roof and trunklid area look good.

First time coming to this place. $19.00 for the “better wash” just got out, 10 min later after it dried , to check it out. By far worse car wash I’ve ever had. Missed so many spots. Wheels are dirty. Bird poop still on the car. So overpriced for a crappy wash. Tried to call the office a couple times with no response.

This was a terrible experience my car is still extremely dirty as you can see in the pictures. The windows did not even get washed. The vacuum job was worthless.I pointed it out to them, The gentleman told me sorry if you wanted it done better than that. You should have ordered a premium package. I paid thirty seven dollars for what I got you sure don't get your money's worth anymore. The first time I had my car detailed there it was amazing. This time I am completely dissatisfied and will never use your service again if this is not rectified.

I purchased the ultimate package where I can get as many car washes as I need. It includes drying the car after the wash. Avion usually is the one that dries for us if he's there. He is so polite and thorough. We enjoy going here. Actually the whole staff is always wonderful. We enjoy going here.

Noticed little black beads all over my truck. Didn’t notice till next day. Went back a day later. She wanted a receipt. I wanted a comp run thru. Said I parked under a tree. I said why’s it on the sides also. Truck was perfectly clean except for these 1/2 mm beads. Poor customer service.

I stopped by the downtown puyallup location today and the nicest young man helped me! The car wash was great, but the young man was so sweet and had the best customer service so many people could learn from him! I didn't catch his name sadly so I have to describe what he looks like and he was a young man about 18-22 Pacific Islander! You are lucky to have him l, he was so kind and it should be acknowledged!
