This place is just as bad as the kangaroo on main Streetthe staff there is not very helpful at all not very professional tall not cleanand the store itself is not clean and kept clean it is nasty inside and out so are the bathroomsand it seems like a lot of homeless people drunks and druggies visit this place are always there and fights break out there

Go here almost daily. A few employees work hard most do absolutely nothing. 1 line 1 person working. The rest smoking cigarettes while the 1 line is almost to the restrooms on the other side of store

Words service ever. There's always long lines. The employees always have nasty attitudes. They lock up the store in the middle of the night and leave customers standing in the parking lot it's 24 hours it should never be locked. very inconvenient

Worst circle K I have ever been to. Always have to wait in line for almost 10 minutes every morning with some mornings only have 1 cashier while the manager is sitting in the office chatting with other staff. Staff and manager is not friendly at all. Line is sometimes from the cash register counter all the way back to the cooler section.

This has to be one of the WORST stores ever. They switched management as well as employees, and the females here are rude, and don't even speak in the morning. DON'T GET ME STARTED ON THAT manager!! Please do the customers good service and bring back the old Manager as well as the team. The new ladies have no customer service skills!

This is for the carwash, and I am likely being generous. I have gone through the $8 carwash and it was really ineffective, still have a dirty vehicle. So I thought, ok, that is the basic, so you get what you pay for. I paid for the $12 wash and it was just a lame! I will not pay for the $18 ripoff just to see if it can do better. It is a shame that with all these carwashes all over Gainesville, on nearly all of them you have to clean the inside yourself. How many new drive-throughs are we going to have?

I was being attended to by the staff because they only had self check out and the man was really nice but a woman came storming out to the counter being rude and hateful because i had nev! Used the seof check out when it was the only check out available and the store smelt disgusting and was over 85 degrees. The woman was very rude and came to the counter cutting off the employee who was being very kind just to match the stores ugly mean energy

Nice clean store, however short staffed and no priorities towards customers. No kidding, 11 customers in line with 2 workers, 1 at register and one emptying trash. I told the cashier that customers were more important and the trash can wait until all these waiting, aggravated customers were taken care of. She said, "no he has to do the trash now" Customer service comes first!! This must be taught to all employees. Also if trash becomes a problem, stay on top of it and take care of it as it happens instead of yappin on your cell phone. Boy, if I were the manager...

I needed to use the restroom, and it was disgusting. The toilet had old stuck feces inside of it , and dried up urine on the toilet seat. I told the employee the restroom needed to be cleaned. He sarcastically said yes ma'am I'm by myself and l have a lot to do. In that case lock the doors and clean the restroom? Or Circkle K need to schedule more than one person on a shift.

Bonnie should not be working in customer service . I tried the self checkout and it was malfunctioning as it said to see a cashier . Waited at a register with 3 other people behind me while a female employee with gloves on handled some food and then was texting on her phone behind the self serve hot food items avoiding making contact with any of us. Vinnie was checking off a delivery order and it took about 2 minutes for him to finish before we could all checkout . The first thing he said rather than hello was that the self service was working . I told him what the screen said and he just repeated himself saying to use the self checkout . I said a few nasty words and he checked me out . These people do not care about their jobs and should not work in customer service !!!!

This specific location always has cookies and apple fritters. They are pretty good for a snack on the fly. The tall spanish looking guy is friendly, as are most employees here. Unfortunately, you have an advertisement to add a canned soda for a buck posted on your fridge door and windows of the store but the clerk today 10.19.25 would not honor that price. I still got a huge fountain soda for under a dollar. Gas prices are competitive as well.

I went there this morning and got peanuts. There was no spoon in the container so I used a cup to get my peanuts out. The guy behind the register asked how I got the peanuts and told me that it was common sense that they weren’t ready and to not bring them back once I realize they’re not done. I just feel like he could’ve been a lot nicer when explaining that they weren’t ready yet. A lot of times these stores have let me take extra cups for my shells and never complained about messing up the inventory so I didn’t even think about it. This review isn’t about the stupid peanuts it’s about the fact that I’m one of the nicest people you could come across and his rudeness made my good Saturday morning not so good. He needs to learn to talk to people if he’s gonna work in this industry.
