I stopped in there last week to pick up a case of beer. There were about eight people waiting in line. Half of them didn't even have masks on, including the customer right in front of me. When I asked the associate whether they were enforcing masks (posted right on the front door), she started complaining about her job and that she only asks them to take it off if she thinks they won't be difficult. I let her know that it's a safety precaution and she proceeded to yell at me saying I don't know how hard her job is. I will not be going here again.

The person who works today at 9:40 at night today Wednesday April 23rd, the lady does not know how to serve customers, she gives very bad service and has a very bad temper, for no reason, she kicked me out of the gas station and did not sell me exactly what I had told her, she gave me what she wanted, the service is crap, I hope I never go through there again and especially not with that type of service.

Not a great convenience store experience. It smells really bad in here, and a lot of the employees are never at the register and take their sweet time getting up there to ring you up. Kinda takes the “convenience” out of “convenience store” if you have to stand there and wait for them to finish fiddling with the stock or put out their cig before they bother to help you. Some sense of urgency would be helpful here for sure.

Old lady that runs the register was rude never delt with someone like that before. Definitely will not be coming back here. I put my item on the counter and she rudely says “so you don’t want it” like seriously why would I grab it and come to you and pull my card out if I didn’t want it. Trashy and way over priced

Terrible experience gave the lady $18 she shorted me and said I only gave her 14 for gas, even counting my money before I went in there and she swore up and down there was only 14. Don’t recommend going here.

Reports that gas cash prices were 3.27⁹ were bogus, she charged me 3.49⁹ for my cash purchase of gas at about 12:20 today. Can't depend on GasBuddy for accuracy apparently. She did smile!?!

The employee cashier told me that their marketing manager Stephen said that they have to ring every transaction in twice at this location. Meaning if you put in your points or your rewards for inner circle number and then they ring up your fuel separately, you don’t get your inner circle rewards unless you go back in having refunded and re-transacted to make a third transaction technically with the refund it would be a fourth They are screwing people out of their rewards from the inner circle program how and why they would do this makes no sense to me, so unless you catch it at this location you’re getting poor management

I'd push my car to the next gas station before ever doing business here again. The manager or owner is impatient and disrespectful. I tried to ask a question bc I had already been to several gas stations in the area this morning looking for gas gift cards and didn't want to waste more time waiting in line to be told they didn't have any so I went to the man loading the lottery machine. I politely said "excuse me do you have any gift cards?" And in an attempt to embarrass a patron, he yells at me to say that he was busy and to go stand in line and his cashier would help me. I've worked at circle k, the one on 142nd and belcher, they're much nicer there and can walk and chew gum at the same time. At this point I'd sooner break down and pay for a tow then ever give my money to such an arrogant, obnoxious and disrespectful owner. And if he's not the owner and just the manager he shouldn't be employed in a customer service position. The cashier was great but seemed like this was his only opportunity to work or that he didnt want to get yelled at. Like he didn't want to say anything to "rock the boat" in fear of being chastised by his, for lack of better words, "superior" and I feel bad he has to put up with that jerk. But I fully regret doing business here and never will again.

The worst gas station out there. Older systems never let you pay outside. You need to go inside to pay. Short-staffed, one person on 5 5-person line. Went to get hot dogs when the line was there.

Terrible customer service. That overnight cashier doesn’t know what he’s doing and is rude. He even “joked” with a customer about how they lock their bathrooms and how it is maybe due to too many people overdosing in the bathroom?? The place is unsanitary , unorganized and low in stock . If I could give a 0 stars I would …. Shut this place down !

I stopped here to get gas. I pay for the gas I go outside. I put the thing in there. It’s not turned on. I go to walk back up to tell her she didn’t turn the gas pump on, but she’s outside smoking a cigarette tells me I have to wait Then I wait and then she comes back over Smoking by the gas pump by my truck telling me that it reset and the money will go back onto my card not understanding why she didn’t just turn the gas pump on anyway I won’t be back to this place If I could give no stars, I would

Claims the restroom is closed. Although staff was seen using it. Being that they sell fuel thwy are required to have working restroom. Will be reaching out to the state ag office in regards. Not the first time ive seen this here
