The cooler for the drinks is broken so if you get a ice cup To pour it in they're gonna charge you 90 cents. A lot of trash on the ground place looks run down

Me & my mom went here to get gas when we got to the checkout my mom pull up her inner circle rewards card on her phone so she could get a discount on the gas Baylee had a very bad attitude and was talking loud for absolutely no reason at all would not recommend

Rip off fals3 advertising. Displays say 99cent they ring u up at $1.29 and refuse to give u ur change or a.refund even after the fourth time. Refuse to give a Mr. Number or contact and riddle.u for wanting ur correct m9ney back. Ch3ck the cameras 4th time 8/24/18 6:45pm but I video documented it this time. Thanks for sending my kids to college .

I tried to buy gas with my card, I got charged but the gas pump didn’t work. There were no cups for drinks. It was difficult to simply get my refund. The worker was lazy and seemed to not have a clue of what was happening. She could have just said I don’t feel like working today.

Yes the staff may be friendly and the service is fast. But this place like many others have to also tend to the outside customers and enforce rules and regulations. I just stopped for gas and it’s not right when pumping gas all I smell is marijuana and I see a few people smoking. I had my kids in the car and we shouldn’t be subjected to the smell when we just needed gas.

This is the best Circle K in Columbus! All the employees, managers and assistant managers are amazing! Everyone always has a smile in there face and welcomes you into the store! The Manager Lauren and Michelle are amazing/our favorite! My daughter, Tayler, loves Michelle, she runs in and looks for her. If she is there, my daughter has to give her a hug! They treat you like family, not just a customer!

The girls that work at this circle k are very nice to the customers no matter what. If you are having a bad day they seem to always manage to put a smile on your face before you leave. I go out of my way to visit this particular circle k simply because of the way they treat their customers. And the store is always clean and well stocked.

They never clean the boiled peanut pots and they are rude and stereotypical to the customers. They have judged my son for just being brown. He has been made to stand outside while they smoke a cigarette before he can go in. Then he was told if he made a fountain drink he can’t put different flavor soda in the cup. they have also made sly comments to him as if he may be up to no good. My son walks to the store occasionally and always has money if he goes. He is a quite mind your business type of young man. He has never caused them problems but even his older sister has seen them treat him this way. It does seem like when they realize he is with his sister or me they stop. This is my best way of putting it out there without causing a seen. His older sister is white and so am I but I promise my black son does not want anything he can’t pay for he does not even litter. So please back off him and stop profiling him. Thank you very much

I bet y’all’s sales have gone sooooooo far down since now I can’t come in after work. I understand that you guys are trying to prevent theft but seriously this ain’t it. Half of your night crew can understand me bc I’m disabled. I just wanna be able to come in and get my own stuff and buy it and leave. Boom, that simple.

Always friendly customer service. Very clean store, there was a long line but we moved through pretty quick. Bathrooms were spotless and they actually had toilet paper. thank the good Lord above. LOL
