Conveniently located on mission Street in Santa Cruz, a smaller neighborhood sized gas station. Traffic from middle school in the morning can be really busy, and of course we can traffic on mission is an issue. Just be patient getting in and out.

Make sure attendant lets you use the toilet before pumping gas. The manager was right there behind attendant and he’s the one who said station doesn’t have a toilet.

horrible. i pulled into this station last night, may 31, 2019 around 9:30. my dog was sick and had just thrown up in my truck, and i was out of gas. i chose to take care of my dog first and clean my truck before gassing up. this took some time, i wasn't aware that the station would be closing at 10. i also tried my best to not impact this business with the unfortunate mess, and took care to clean any dog barf off the pavement. just as i was ready to pump gas, the attendant, a woman in her 30's with medium length brown hair (she wouldn't give her name) turned off the pumps. she knew i was there cleaning and dealing with my pup the entire time, and could have easily given me a heads up to let me know she was about to close- but no. when i went to explain my situation and ask could she please let me get some gas- she wouldn't open the window- it was almost impossible to hear each other- she was saying something about the window cleaning fluid and how she didn't appreciate me using it- which- whatever- i actually didn't use it- and even if i did- wth? basically she was having none of it. and i'm not unsympathetic to her end. it was the end of her day, here comes me with my sick dog and his dog barf- but wow, i was doing the best i could, and all i can guess is she was having an even worse day than i to be so harsh and miserable. then- as i'm about to leave- i think to look at the time- it's 9:55. horrible! in the meantime- i've been trying to contact the owner- to alert them about the terrible service. and all the numbers i have found are not working. do not go to the Chevron at 904 Mission Street!

CHEVRON MISSION ST SANTA CRUZ SUCKS AVOID AT ALL COSTS. PUMPS DON'T READ ACTUAL CHEVRON CARDS AND THOUGH IT SAYS IT APPLIES SAFEWAY $ CREDIT IT DOES NOT LOWER PRICES. HAPPENED TO ME IN PAST PUT UP WITH THE BULL S BECAUSE I LIVE NEARBY. NO MORE, GOODBYE FOREVER MISSION CHEVRON. OUT OF AREA OWNERS, CRAPPY EQUIPMENT, TRYING TO SCREW ME OUT OF SAFEWAY GAS REWARDS. I AM DONE WITH YOUR CRAPPY STATION FOREVER. I'LL DRIVE 10 MILES IF NECESSARY TO BUY AT ANOTHER CHEVRON STATION. GREAT GAS CRAP STATION GOODBYE!

I wouldn’t get gas here. I paid cash but the pump had credit card prices. I went back into the store and told the attendant and he kept telling me that I was confused but that was for credit card prices with a smile on his face multiple times I showed him that it said cash and the price and he refused to lower it so I took my money and left. He’s clearly trying to scam people I would not give any business to this establishment because this is not what Santa Cruz is about.

What can I say? It's a gas station with grossly overpriced gasoline. While we who live in California already pay a higher amount per gallon than just about any other place in the U.S., this gas station was exceptionally high at $5.09 per gallon of premium. They are very few places that aren't taking advantage of consumers and this place is no exception. One can only imagine that the overhead must be extremely high being as how it's Santa Cruz, but when driving back and forth from Southern California to Central California, it is cheaper to fly! (Unless you have an electric car and after paying the high amount to fill my tank, I am now really thinking about going fully electric)

It's a very sad thing to refuse paying customers the right to use the bathroom. Why won't you allow people use your bathroom and always have a hand written out of order sign hanging up. Is you upper management awaree of this?

It's a gas station, they have gas that's competitive in prices to others. Not much of a good selection of snacks either. Had no iced teas, mostly all energy drinks. Not a good selection of chips or pretzels for our road trip. So we ended up stopping elsewhere. The bathroom was clean, but the cashier was annoyed having to grab the key that was right next to him.

Beware. I pumped my gas here as usual but the Apple Pay was out of order at the pump so I used card. A week later, I get a notification @ 5AM in the morning saying I just paid $57 for gas. I wasn’t even up yet. Disputed it and am not going back here again.

Relatively difficult access to the pumps due to limited space between the pumps and the entry and exit driveways. More infuriating is the "out of service" on the bathroom. Their website (Chevron's) indicates that this location has a bathroom as one of its limited amenities. I have been to this location 2X over 6 months period of time and both times the restroom was "out of order". There are better fueling stations nearby. This particular store is of little value.
