I have gotten my last 2 oil changes from this place and they seem to have fair prices and they have coupons. They don't try to bully, push or force their other services on you if you say no like a lot of them do. Also they bring you out to your car and tell you everything they did, if it needs anything else, and discusses pricing with you. I've always had nice men doing the work and haven't had any problems.

Fast Friendly and fair priced. I will definitely be going back for car services in the future. Pulled up and they had all of their 3 bays filled. I figured i was going to be waiting forever for a oil change. To my surprise, i was in and out with an engine flush and oil change within about 20-25 minutes. very nice and respectful staff. Very impressed.

Is the only place I take my vehicles to get an oil change, inspection sticker and/or washed. If ever there is anything wrong, or needed maintenance they let me know right away. If they can fix it I have them take care of it if not I go where they send me. That's exactly how much faith I have in the guys that work here. Wow this was 7 years ago and it still stands true! Sat in line waiting my turn for 25 minutes. They brought another customer in front of me when it was my time to get my oil changed. They said he go there before me. I am not sure he was there when I got there, but I went to the line I was told to go to. I have been doing business there since they opened an I have never seen another car moved ahead. My time was just as valuable as the other guy. So after all these years of service I will be going to a new place of business to get my two cars serviced

Love this place. I've been coming here for 15+ years. They serviced my cars, my kids cars and I refer friends all the time. Vinson, the manager started here as a kid and has done a great job. I appreciate the team has had little turnover; that says this is a good place, manged by good people, and you'll experience people who know what they're doing. The team is always friendly and never oversell or try to hard sell. Highly recommended.

All the mechanics are great and have really taken care of my car, especially Joel. They are courteous and fair in their pricing. The shop I used go to a couple years ago was good but prices were high. I began to feel they did not have my best interest, especially financially. I've referred them to friends and family. Have been coming here for years and will not be returning. Used to be a reasonable place to bring your car in and a place I trusted going as a woman looking to get service done on a car. I let them know I want the wash which usually is a cheap add on and Damian came in asking which wash. Did not mention what was included in each one or another option besides the royal. Had never had an issue here until Damian pulled a fast one on me. Did not care to mention the differences in service as i’m unsure what I needed with a new vehicle. Only received a $4 discount when one tier below was discounted $5 as he mentioned to another customer after helping me. My services ended up being at least $25 more expensive compared to all my other visits.

Very efficient and helpful. Update I changed my star rating because after my last oil change and other things were checked out. Well I ended up being stranded on the Geo W Bush tollway and had my little dog with me. I had to be towed and I had them take me back to the last place that worked on my car the last time that I drove….Champion . My insurance company covered all but $40 , so their mistake cost me $40. They closed the air filter holder tightly because it was not shut properly by the person there that was in a hurry. My dog and I suffered in the heat and the stress of dealing with the car dying all the way to and from Hurst where I took her for vaccines because they are cheaper. I’m not going to trust them again because I trusted them and I thought my car was broken!

After the unprofessional service, that I received from this business of which I have been coming here for years, has come to a end. The unprofessional crew that deal with customers vehicles and the horse playing and talking about visiting a plantation because he thinks it cool ,is disrespectful and should'nt be tolarated. I will never do busniess here again. There should be training of how to be professional and how to work in a diverse setting, I don't know what happen to this business but they will lose more customers if the behavior continues. And please check your vehicle after oil change is completed to make sure oil was added and filter was replaced.

Service itself was not bad. Went in my car was fine, when I got it back there’s a was huge scratch on the right side all the way To my door handle. Guys says it wants him that it could only have been red paint cs if the post but I had already lined up the car for him.
