I had such a wonderful experience at Casino Hand Wash & Detail. Yes, it took some time—but that’s exactly why I’ll be coming back. They don’t rush the process, and that means they do it right. From start to finish, it was clear that my car was in the hands of people who care about the results. The wash was incredibly thorough, and my car looked absolutely amazing when they were done—clean, polished, and refreshed inside and out. If you want fast and sloppy, go somewhere else. But if you want your car treated with real attention to detail, this is the spot. Definitely worth the wait.

I don’t know what type of changes are making in this Car Wash, used to be one of the best ones now it’s probably the worst one paying close to $40 For a car wash and now they are Charging your extra to clean the seats and plus I bring my own products for the same reason and the guy said that they couldn’t even do it anymore. This will be my last time coming to the car wash.

This is one of the very few full service car washes that are around anymore. They do an exceptional job and it is a hand wash and dry. I'm picky about my windows and they do a fabulous job cleaning my windows.

My car was overdue on a car wash. I stopped to give the place a try for the first time. I was really impressed with the work the gentleman did for my car. I plan to ask his name next time. They provided a hand wash before sending it down the machine line, which makes a big difference. The young lady at the register was friendly. I wish they would update the inside and outside. I would offer some of my services to the owner. At the time I went it had plenty of cars, which tells me that they can attract more if they would give it a face lift with improvements. I almost asked for the owner's business card so I can give suggestions. Please reach out to me directly if your open to have a meeting.

This place has gone to hell, they advertise hand wash. NO it's not. They get fly shit off your car with their finger nails. Use to be great. No more. The equipment does not work and their very short on employees. You can't go there if your in a hurry..

It just shows their dedication to doing things right, not rushing through the process. They treated my Ferrari with the respect it deserves. I’ve been coming to this car wash since I was a little kid. Today I brought my jeep in, to have it washed. I’ve always used this place. This was by far the worst experience I’ve had at this establishment, and I will never ever be back, also I will tell everyone I know to avoid this place at all costs. I waited in line on the street from 7:40-8:00 when they opened the gate to let people in. I tried getting there early since I know they take a little while to wash the cars. I was the fourth person in line on the street. I pulled in, and parked at the fourth stall since the other three ahead of me parked in the first, second, and third. There was no closed sign at the stall not a cone, nothing, wide open. Then a bunch of cars started pulling in, and when I went to tell the guy what wash I wanted he said ,” oh you can’t park there you need to pull behind all these cars. I pull my jeep behind all these damn cars, and walked back up, and I told him before I pay for the wash, as I gonna have to wait for all these cars to be washed before mine? He says “yes, we go in order.” I explained to him that I was the fourth one waiting in line. He then says ,” yeah, but you parked in the wrong stall.” I just left, never will be back.

Casino Hand Wash & Detail is next level. I brought in my Mercedes for a premium wash and I was absolutely blown away by the results. These guys don’t rush anything—and it’s obvious why. The owner Marvin was on top of every detail. The quality and attention to detail they deliver is unreal. They treated my car like a showpiece. The interior looks brand new, they got out tough spots I thought were permanent, and the rims shine like mirrors. Every corner, crease, and surface was spotless. On top of that, the customer service is top-tier. Friendly, respectful, and passionate about what they do. It’s rare to find a place that takes this much pride in their work. Rolled up with my motorcycle and Marvin (the owner) washed it himself. He's big into motorcycles and we talked casually about them while he worked. He even gave me some microfiber towels and the rest of this can of gloss detailer that he uses. If you've got a bike and you don't want to deal with cleaning it yourself, come here! They did a great job. The car I took in had been cleaned in years, had a ton of dirt from sitting awhile, and dog hair, and they vacuumed it thoroughly, and by the time it came out she was spotless. It was pretty amazing, it looked brand new seriously its amazing what little TLC will do. They didnt rush, they did what needed to be done and all of the service was friendly, and has a nice place to sit outside. This is my go to. Its so hard to find a good handwash nowadays these folks are great.
