I'm a huge proponent of supporting small businesses and Cartique is one of the best car washes I've ever been to. I've come to them a few times, but I hadn't had my car cleaned in a little over a year this most recent time. I own pets and travel a lot so my car was full of dirt, animal hair, and bits of outdoor debris. I was a little embarrassed about how bad I had let it get, but Cartique's employees were super professional. I got the #3 wash and both rows of fabric seats shampooed. The pricing here is incredibly reasonable for the high quality work they do. I've been to several different carwashes in the Roswell/Alpharetta/East Cobb area over the years but Cartique has done the best, with the highest level of professionalism of any place I've been to.

As a new customer who had my small SUV washed here for the first time and I paid almost $50 with tip, it was one of the worst hand washes I have ever had as water was dripping from everywhere as soon as I pulled off -I have washed it myself with far less streaks -overpriced and under delivered - Save your money!

Great service, I will definitely be back again. I had to go over my van again myself and wipe some parts. They also didn’t get the space between the two captains seats very well. $5 for my minivan and you can tip with card too. On a second visit, the owner oversaw my van and made sure everything was clean. Very courteous. This is my go-to place now to get my car cleaned!!

Great if you're in a rush. They work fast, but leave alot to be desired for a $21 wash and a $4 tip. This was a test to see the quality of work they do here, and i'm not impressed enough to come back for a full detail job, because I don't trust cartique after this. Find attached the pictures I've taken 10 minutes after a wash. As you can see the side skirts of my vehicle were not even touched. There's still dirt and grime from the recent weather Conditions stuck on there. You can see in the 4th picture where the inside half of the paint is still dirty, and the outside was wiped clean. Half a** vaccume job leaving dirt in the carpet, and I don't mean "rub the carpet and dirt comes up to the surface" I mean there is dirt visable on the surface. I don't feel like I got my money's worth, I would have been happy if this wash cost me 15$ instead of 25$ I want to add that the car is definitely much cleaner, but not up to part with what I expected.

I went to Cartique after work. This was my first time trying this carwash. I wanted to support a local hand carwash. When I pulled up, there were no other cars before mine. I should've been suspicious then. I have a compact SUV. They washed my vehicle in 10 minutes and charged me $40. As I'm reading the other reviews, I see the owner charges wharever he wants to. How can you wash a vehicle inside and out in 10 mins?! When I looked at my car, it looked like a substandard job. It was spotty, still dirty at the back around the trunk area, sticky, gritty, unpolished. My car has traveled through heavy rains and they did nothing to get those dirt streaks and stains off my vehicle. There was some type of white stains on my seats. This was an unacceptable experience! I will not be back.
