I have nothing but amazing things to say about CarStar! I had an unfortunate encounter with a deer a few weeks back that left my car with tons of damage. CarStar was so helpful and friendly, got the repairs done quickly and my car looks absolutely beautiful like nothing ever happened! I am very satisfied with the end result. One week after pick up, my car looks and drives perfectly. But prior to picking up your car, David will call and ask if you are willing to test drive and inspect the car thoroughly. I highly recommend taking up his offer!!! I inspected my car throughly and found some issues. For me personally, the worst issue was a poorly assembled passenger door panel. Understandably, I was disappointed and questioned the shop’s workmanship. But mistakes happen and I hoped Alex’s team will still deliver in the end. I am happy to report that they addressed my concerns very quickly. Because my car came out perfectly in the end, the shop earns my 5 star recommendation.
