Great customer service! Easy scheduling, great price. Jack showed up on time, text to let me know he was on his way. He communicated about everything he was going to do to my suv. I had just bought it from a private seller and it had a lot of dog hair in it and just needed a good detailing. Jack made it look like brand new! I was very pleased. Getting my car detailed was such a treat! It was easy to book online, and I appreciated the messages from Zach (the detailer) letting me know the status of everything. Not the best or the worst. I was unaware of the waterless aspect of the detailing service. I was concerned that the exterior would not look clean and it turns out I was right. For over $220 dollars I expect my car to be clean. Here are some pics of the left over dirt. I won't be a return customer. Not worth the money.
