My experience with this Caliber Collision was truly disappointing, The quality of the work was just as bad. The paint job not only didn’t match the original color but was also full of mistakes and flaws. Even after pointing them out, they refused to fix them. Worst of all, when I tried to address the issue, I was met with complete disrespect. A person named Jay Waller and the manager of this shop were extremely unprofessional, rude, and completely indifferent. Their behavior was utterly disrespectful, and they showed no regard for the concerns or requests of their customers. I do not recommend this place at all. If you’re looking for professional service and customer respect, definitely go somewhere else.
