I'm editing my review to say this place is awesome! I love the personal feeling you get here with the attendants. I met Lew last night and he is an absolute blessing! The guys who wave you in to the wash are always happy to take my request for spraying my wheels extra good because of brake dust. They also supply cleaning products AND towels. The monthly membership is absolutely worth the money!

I had numerous spots from sap that did not come off with a car wash because they had soaked into the topcoat. Sarena did a spot test with her magical goo and then removed every spot and drip and sent me through the car wash a second time for free to make sure everything was rinsed off! Car hadn’t been washed for only 2 weeks. Intended to do a hand wax topcoat afterwards. Paid for the upgraded wash, not the base wash. Wheels were still visibly dirty and rear of car on hatch was also still dirty. Staff was friendly, but the machine did a terrible job on a 2019 Mazda 3.

I have several rental vehicles, and I switched from another car wash to caliber about a year ago. I'm still very happy with them. Everyone there is very nice, and they always have plenty of cleaning supplies. I Love that they have pressurized air to get sand out of little spaces!

I had a terrible experience; their car wash caused significant damage. The front bumper, side skirts, and rear fender were scratched and damaged during the wash. I provided photos proving the damage occurred at their facility and even received an estimate from Caliber Collision to repair my car. The manager, Garrett Duffey, admitted their equipment caused damage to the rear fender but refused to accept responsibility for the front-end damage, claiming there was "no video evidence." To make matters worse, they refused to provide me with a copy of the video footage they used to make this determination, citing a vague "company policy." This lack of accountability is unacceptable. If their equipment damaged one part of my car, it’s entirely possible it damaged other areas as well. Their refusal to share video evidence or take full responsibility shows a complete disregard for their customers. I’ve since filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau due to their failure to resolve this issue. It’s worth noting that Caliber Car Wash already has an “F” BBB rating with numerous unresolved complaints—clearly, I’m not the only one who has had issues with them. If you care about your car, do not trust this business. They damaged my vehicle and left me with repair costs they refused to cover. Avoid this car wash at all costs!

Excellent car wash, especially Lee, he’s very friendly and always helpful! They are all very nice and friendly and keep everything clean and well stocked. Love their window and all purpose cleaners. Smells great! Although I’m not a fan of the air fresheners. The car wash is soapy and strong sprayer, powerful wash! I have a monthly membership and am very pleased overall! Still 5 stars in my book.

So this particular spot is always clean, staff always on point, helpful and I just love everything they offer from the cleaning products to the air but my thing is im paying for the top tier wash they have but the rain x or whichever rain shield/guard they use isn't what it is... I get my car washed at least 2x a week and it doesn't look like it has rain guard. My mom uses a different car wash and hasn't washed her car in a month but u can clearly see he rain protector on her car when it rains but not mine so what am I actually paying the extra money for if I'm not getting it...??????

Caliber Car Wash has been fraudulently charging my account $40+ dollars for 6 months now after I cancelled my subscription and have shown proof. **Editing my review to say that I did finally get in touch with a manager who says I will receive a refund by end of week. We’ll see! **Edited again because I did get a refund finally but the hoops I had to go through were insane. 2 stars instead of 1 because the manager who I finally was able to talk to was nice. Still will never use this place again. Check BBB before you subscribe!

This place has powerful vacuums for both sides of your car, clean soft rags with window cleaner and multi purpose cleaner. Unlimited washes through their tunnel. I pay 22.00 a month! Such a deal!!

If you are from out of state Do Not Use this car was! Customer service is terrible. As soon as she and her partner saw my out of state tags, customer service went right out the window, this $25 dollar wash ended up costing me $70 more. Stay away. Please. Maybe not all locations but this one is terrible!

They're very professional amd even told me in advance that everything might not be cleane and that I may have to go through a second time. My truck is filthy and a lot of the dirt came off the first time but when you have a pickup truck the tailgate isn't always guaranteed. They ran it again and made sure I was happy and it was perfect.
