Car sales person was amazing and friendly, I started having issues after I bought the car , singend paper with weekly automatic withdrawals and agreed, first withdrawal was good , then they took more called , no answer , called for 3 weeks till I got somewhat firm they stated it’s because I did not have full coverage insurance, ( I did and I had proof ) they called back stated it was their fault and I would get a refund , well that did not happen and they took another payment out with way more then agreed , called again and they stated I will get a refund , nothing , called again and they stated oh we will only take 200$ out unless you want a check but that will take 3 weeks , I opted for the 200$ withdrawal and guess what , they took 300$ again , called oh he is in a meeting , I’m super annoyed at this point ! Talked to Curtis and he rudely asked me if I can’t survive with the overdrawn money , I stated yes but the road goes both ways , Curtis is extremely rude he was rude when we bought the car and is rude over the phone , never ever will I buy a car from Byrider again !!!★☆☆☆☆ a week ago

I have two vehicles with JD Byrider. I get all of my service done with their on-site service and maintenance. They do fantastic work at half the cost of other shops. They are very thorough and explain the repair process, including showing you the worn parts that have to be replaced. They honor the warranty under contract; and are upfront and honest about the cost and deductible. They have even worked with me on payment arrangements when I am having financial challenges.
