Just can't seem to keep people working there. They really need people that know about cars and can actually do their job. Had oil change and they put wrong oil in my car, if I hadn't said something about it, they would have let me drive off. They broke my radiator cap. I definitely will never come back.

Horrible experience. They ruined my car but not putting the bottom plate properly back on my car after an oil change. It eventually fell off and they couldn't put it back on. Ended up getting a hole in my oil pan due to it not being protected. Cost $1,200 for parts parts labor to get it repaired.

Best prices in town and the only one in town. The guys are always great and they do a really good job every time. This place is quick and to the point which I lo e because I am always in a hurry. If you have any questions they have an answer or find a guy that can. Love they know me and know I demand my rims get special attention !

So I paid for the platinum wash and I must of got the cheapest cause I didn't get any soap or wax then I told him about it and he said the colorful wax is just to make your car smell good. He was rude and didn't care about the customer. Then he pretended to clean my tires, there was dust on all of them. Money is tight these days and people like this just don't care about others.

Worse place ever. This the second time they have cost me money. They over tighten your oil plug, they said they would pay for it and get me towed to the shop down the street only to find out I had to pay the bill. Supervisor doesn’t return your phone calls and the manager that said all this is never there. My friend also said they be leaving super early for the day. Just a mess. Stay away because they will never receive my money again and I’m telling everyone about them and im going to post it on social media.

I’ve been taking my new truck there every week for the past 4 months and have gotten to know Jeremy and the rest of the crew fairly well. They treat me with respect and honesty every week and throw in some comedic value as well. I’ve mainly just gotten car washes to this point but when I did take it in to just check my oil (low oil life warning came on) they checked it out and gave me their honest assessment that the dealership just hadn’t reset it when I bought it and there was really no need to replace the oil. Same with my cabin air filter. It’s honesty like this that’ll keep me coming back. They very well could have lied or just done the oil change but they chose the high road and I appreciate that.

Guys were friendly but I paid $12 for platinum wash. Track kept skipping, guy is like calm down bc I'm upset it's possibly damaged by my car. I got no underbody, no wax, no wheel cleaner, no tire shine, which is supposed to come with platinum wash. Thinking on a small claims honestly for misrepresention and possible damage to my vehicle. Please don't waste your time going here...

Went today to have my car wash got the platinum $12 wash and the guy that was working. Wanted to charge me $30 and said it was for today so I said really and I was about ready to leave when he said, just kidding, that is not very funny and unprofessional. I’m taking my business elsewhere.

DONT BOTHER!!! This place is a joke. My car is not clean at all after going through this car wash. It's old, dark, dirty and pretty moldy looking in there and one person is running both the car wash and the car repair. They don't even have dryers in there, just someone with raggedy towels leaving smears all over the car. The sign even says they are glad we're here but the guys are mean and miserable. Waste of time and money!

I went to this location at 4:15 on Friday February 13th and they were closed, if they changed their hours you need to update the website, I'm from northern Michigan and wasted my time looking them up and getting off the highway, not a good way to run a business.
