I am updating this review from 2 stars to 3: After I posted my review, the owner reached out and explained a few things: It is company policy not to drive the car off premises. She purchased them Wendys and they likely left it in the car by accident. She apologized for the delay and mentioned that Saturday has high volume, (except that I went on a Friday), and they apologized for forgetting to put my items back into my car. I wish I could give this 1.5 stars. Went to the West Hartford location on Kane Street. I took three stars off for the following reasons: 1. There was Wendy’s in my car. I cleaned out my car even before getting there so I knew it wasn't mine. There is one conveniently down the street from this location. It appears they drove my car to Wendy’s. My car should not be driven (outside from what is necessary—e.g. through the car wash and to park) especially if I am not there. Regardless, there should not be someone else’s trash in my freshly detailed vehicle! I asked them to throw it away and noticed there was no apology or explanation. 2.I was told an hour and a half for the wash, wax, and detailing. I came back to my car in two hours and it had not been waxed. They were working on another car but promptly came to wax it when I returned. Total time: 2 hours 20 minutes. 3.They forgot to put my items back in to my trunk. Thankfully it was only two items. I noticed after I already got home so I texted the number provided. They said they had the items but again, no apology. I had to drive all the way back and get them. Overall the quality of the work was decent, hence two stars and not one. The person working on my car was nice. However, since my car had trash in it, items forgotten, and no apology/explanation, I will not be returning.

Not the best detail.If this is what a "full detail" looks like, then definitely not worth it but good try.. Whoever did my car wasn't very meticulous.. told me it was done didn't even wax it brown spots in the back of the car. Dust still inside my car. Person used soap and water only said car was done gave him a look and asked if he even waxed it? I shouldn't of even said anything I now have streaks and spots from his waxing I feel like it was a waste of my time and money.

I very seldom write a review and would not normally write a bad review especially on a black owned business but my experience was horrible. After leaving the car there for 2 hours He didn’t even do the basics of wiping the inside down or clearing basic water spots, shining tires properly and still charged 45 dollars. The manager did arrive to rewash the car

Looks like a very sketchy place, there was confusion when I dropped my car off because no one was around. Took a while for someone to take notice. My car came out exceptionally clean. They had a hard time removing dog fur which is completely understandable. I appreciate the effort they put in. We had a groupon and the price couldn't be beat. I am gonna use them all the time.

Fantastic work. The guys took very delicate care of my truck. My vehicles never get anything but hand wash and always by me. I decided to give them a shot given the reviews and they did not disappoint. Hand wash, special care paid to the wheels and tires. I have a 2500 GMC. It's not small by any stretch. Nice work and definitely will repeat.

Based on my experience with auto detailing bubbles prices are very competitive & fair! When the gentleman was cleaning my car interior he went above and beyond doing things such as minor shampooing along with doing my trunk for free (cleaning trunks are usually an added fee) so I was very grateful to see him clean my trunk because he saw that I was trying to clean it myself. That speaks a lot on how this business is ran with integrity! My truck hasn’t been cleaned in over a year and they have managed to get all the carpeting to look as if this truck just pulled out of the show room. I definitely will be coming back here as they are very welcoming & friendly.
