B's has wonderful customer service, they called to ask if they could come a little earlier than our appointment time which worked great for us. We had a tough job for them and they did very well. I highly recommend.

I had an appt scheduled with them on a Saturday, no one showed up. I emailed, called, and instant messaged via the app. I was told the owner would call me for follow up. 3 days later I reached out again via email. The owner FINALLY called me back and apologized as he “never received the message.” He said he would come out himself a couple evenings later to accommodate. I then received a text 45min before my appt that there was an emergency and they were in a shut down and would keep me updated. Today it has been three days. They state they are still in shut down although they posted a pic of one of their vans detailing on FB less than 24hrs ago. Extremely infuriating. Has anyone else who had scheduled appts experienced this lately?

i finally saw the owners reply to my previous review. it was dismissive and wrong. yeah my clear is peeling on my hood but that has nothing to do with the fact you guys broke off my Mercedes hood star. its already been replaced, but you need to know that it was in fact your guy that did it. there is a spring inside the hood emblem. when he broke it the spring fell out. that spring was sitting in a spot to where if i had moved the car from where he detailed it, the spring would have fell down into the engine bay underpanel. thats how i know it was your guy. the part was only 40 dollars but i don’t like the dishonesty on your part. shady

Had me scheduled for 10am appt. Didn’t show up so I called and they said they didn’t have me down until 12:30 that day. No problem. Came out and started the detail. Had to leave early due to a family emergency. Sent me a discounted bill and said they would be back out two days later to finish. Went out to move the truck back and noticed one my electric folding mirrors folded about half way out. Tried cycling and the mirrors had stopped working. I took video and spent about an hour diagnosing them. I called and spoke with the assistant manager (according to the owner) and explained the situation. She spoke with the shop manager and they gave me to go ahead to order new mirrors and install them myself as it would save them money. I sent receipt and the owner said he would call me the next morning. Next morning comes, I spoke with the owner and he stated that he were would need a shop to verify the problem. No problem, I set up a time for his assistant manager to come out and see what the problem was and I would go to the dealership afterwards. I tried to recreate the problem as a sanity check and the mirrors functioned as they should. I called the owner back, explained the situation and sent videos of the night before when they didn’t function properly and that morning when they did. I told him not to worry about and I would cancel the parts order. He said not to worry about it as well and he would see me the following day to finish the detail. That day came and went, I tried texting them (as this has become to most effective way of getting ahold of them) and no response. Pretty disappointed all around with the experience.
