Touchless system is okay at best. The double pass dryer leaves the car wet and the residual chemicals drip on the car after the wash was complete. Not sure what to expect for 12 bucks but I'm not impressed red and blue chemicals on my hood.

It is worth the drive across town. One auto car wash station, three regular. 6 strong vacuum. Accepts Cash, debit, credit. Dude starts cleaning at 5:30 am. No loud music. Signs posted. Super busy on the weekend. Be advised.

Been using this car wash for years and it works great like it always has. I like that I can go here any time and do what i need to do. They have an easy to navigate setup and i can get change on the spot if i need to. I dont like that if I use a card it gives me tokens, but beggars cant be choosers right? I will definitely be going back to this location to keep my car at its cleanest.

I go to this carwash from Port Orchard just for the presoak that it has. None of the carwashes in Port Orchard, to my knowledge, has it. Better soap, too. And the protrctant actually protects.

I'm sad that our brown bear in bremerton got rid of the token use. Now having to use your card after every 4 minutes or so is kind of annoying and price went up a bit. I understand that the business is keeping up with the kinds though. I do still go once in a while. The new car washers do a good job at cleaning your vehicle. More adventures to come. Don't forget to follow :) 10/18/23 it's nice to see brown bear finally cleaned up and more up to date. Sucks no more coins, but I feel the systems run better and it's more organized.

This place is great for washing one's car. Has everything you need to wash your car. Same goes for trucks, motorcycles, mopeds, hot wheels, etc. I don't recommend going late at night however as the bear statues are quite frightening and rumor has it they come to life in the nighttime. If rumor is to be believed, you are talking about a very large mama bear and her cubs. I don't know about you but I find car washing to be very difficult with a mama bear and cubs on the prowl. If they just got rid of the statues, I'd give it 5 stars but as is, 4 is as high as I can go.

Can’t even clean bird feces off of a windshield. Paid 17 dollars for this and it doesn’t even clean the car. Too expensive and very low quality.

Just came here 11 Jul 25 around 2-3pm. Car wash and Vacuuming service was good. As I was vacuuming I left my Military issued jacket on the bench by the vacuums, totally left without it. Realized a few hours later, just came back and it was gone….

Good spot for pickups with beds full of stuff since we can't go through a touches. Had a short wait for another vehicle but was only maybe 5 mins and the guy was courteous enough to move his car once I pulled in since he was detailing his rims and tires. Price was good as well.

I recently visited Brown Bear Car Wash to get my 2019 Mazda cleaned, and I must say, the experience was exceptional. The staff were incredibly professional and friendly, greeting me with a warm smile and ensuring I felt well taken care of throughout the process. They were attentive to detail and even asked if I’d like a complimentary air freshener which has lasted for over a week! After the wash, my Mazda looked absolutely spotless—it was gleaming inside and out! I only had to vacuumed the interior thoroughly, but the basic wash gave the exterior a brilliant shine, as if it had just rolled off the showroom floor. I received several compliments from friends and colleagues, who couldn’t believe how pristine my car looked. One even asked, “Did you just detail your car?” which was a testament to the quality of their work. I am extremely likely to refer Brown Bear Car Wash to others. Their combination of professionalism, friendliness, and outstanding results makes them my go-to car wash. The automated touch less washing bays have really dropped off recently. Something changed, the order of washing is different as well as the prices. $26 for a wash after tax? Yeah, no thanks, I'll drive out of my way to Clean freak in Silverdale for $16. In addition, as others have pointed out, because of the wash order change, it's not as thorough as it used to be. So for $10 less for 5 minutes out of my way and a better wash for when I need it, yeah I'll be hard pressed to go back.

Push the button to turn the vacuums off or it will charge you max! It happens often. Even I was confused and was like, “OH I’LL USE UP THIS GUYS TIME UNTIL IT SHUTS OFF” not realizing it keeps costing extra until you manually shut them off. (Sorry!) It hasn’t been like that for 40 years.
