Ever since the new owners have taken over it has gone way downhill the parking lot is always trashed there is constantly people begging for something and everytime I go in the store nothing is ever stocked its always empty very frustrating this place needs to get its act together

Trash all around where get gas, not clean at all. Panhandlers frequent outside looking for bottles and homeless person seen sleeping alongside building very scary to feel safe going for gas or snacks. I usually have to go inside to get a receipt after pumping don't maintain receipts outdoors all the time. Clerks have always been very pleasant. I go there for convenience and not because I feel safe and comfortable. Make sure I go during day not late because of the other stuff that I have seen and makes me uncomfortable. Could use some lessons from competitor Speedway at all locations very clean airy friendly and feel safe. Don't see panhandlers or homeless individuals looking for bottles or asking for coins.

Refuse to redeem lottery thru the phone. Well only half the employees. No where else do the coupons need to be printed. Why refuse a customer when your going to make money on their transaction. This is an official claim center on top of it.

Nice enough gas station and they sell the better quality diesel fuel. The British petroleum products. But they need to clean the line filters. It took me 15 minutes to fill up and then it runs so slowly that it didn't also shut off so I've left 2 gallons of diesel on the gas station floor not a well-maintained facility

Just left bp at 7:15 pm Friday February 13th on corunna rd by linden rd the cashier was extremely rude. I asked her if she was alright she shook her head yes. Then as i was checking my lottery on the machine she told another customer that i was bothering her. She is African American, plus size, glasses and red hair. I felt completely humiliated and embarrassed as a paying customer all because she had an attitude. I will never be back to this particular bp station because of her actions.
