Horrible Customer Service. Air Pumps frozen outside and said they would have to charge me labor to help me put air in a tire in 30 below temperatures!!! Because if they open the door, cold air comes in and would have to charge me?? How RUDE!

Worst service ever and will never return the owner doesnt have a back up manager when he is not there and the crew doesnt know how to handle customer concerns she just kept calling him anytime she had a queation. I purchased a groupon fir and oil change only to find out after I purchased it that I owed another 5 I was confused because when you purchase those they are supposed to be fir that price....nope and then I had made a appt and I looked at the time wrong and had to call and reschedule to only find out he already redeemed it and I never received my oil changed and the he said if you want your money back you need to call groupon . This place is a joke I will never return.

Staff cussed me out for NOT leaving the gas pump nozzle on the ground. All the other pumps had them hung up, so I hung it up. This was after it took over 10 minutes to pump 10 gallons.

My daughter has been having problems for a couple years with a loud noise from the front end of her car. Several places have tried unsuccessfully to fix it. Sunray BP fixed it today. Jorge and his staff are always great to work with.

This business doesn't even deserve one star! I will not be taking my car here ever. The shop added water to my coolant system without my consent. The owner, Jorge Samper-Zelaya, said he thought that's what I wanted them to do. Then, had his mechanic Chris say that I told them to "roll the dice" and add the water because my coolant system was leaking. Which I never agreed to.

I stop here from time to time to get gas and the gas attendents are very helpful! One in particular to point out is Patrick. He is very friendly and does a great job assisting customers. I think BP is blessed to have him working for their company.

This place is very shady. Jorge, the owner, charged me over 200 dollars for a tow of less than 1 mile when my alternator went out. Then tried to charge me $900 dollars to replace it, because it is located "in a weird spot" and would take 4 hours of labor. I charged the battery, drove it home, and replaced it myself in under 90 minutes. Or he will take advantage of you and price gouge. Don't fall victim to this kind of predation. Get your car fixed anywhere else.

I had two vehicles repaired here and was very pleased with the service. I was heading on a roadtrip to Florida a couple of months after repairing my Dodge Avenger here and I was concerned about my vehicle making the trip. The mechanic went through my vehicle and reassured me it would be fine. My concerns faded, and I had a great trip with zero problems. Recently my wifes car needed brakes, and tires, and they are taking care of me again. Oh yeah, they gave me a loaner car while they repair mine. I didn't think people still did that. I would, and do recommend this place to family and friends.

I would definitely recommend the auto shop inside of BP. This was my first time using their service as I wasn't aware that they were there, my mom recommended me. I got a tire repaired. Their customer service was awesome, their prices were very efficient and they even send a follow up text to ensure quality service and that your experience was good. I have never had that before with other auto shops. Great experience

The actual location was a little weird when I first got inside (I've never gotten any work on my car done at a gas station before), but once you get over the aesthetics of the place the staff was very nice and professional. The waiting area was pretty cramped, but I got a free soda and just waited outside and made some phone calls. Everything was quick and super easy, and I would definitely go back to this place again!

Terrible jobs the mechanic did. Paid premium price just for them to not be able to detect my engine failure a month after bringing my car in. Never going back for anything. They've lost my business for good.

Two of my friends walked inside of the bp, she said nothing as soon as I walked in she said get out “I’m not trying to do this today” insinuating that we’re trying to something unjust. And she kicked us out for no reason at all I’m not what the workers name was but she was African American and so am I.
