Do not recommend this place. Washed truck and trailer and they did a half ass job. Didn’t use the rinse feature that puts water over the top of the truck. Tried to have me pull out with a crap ton of soap on the front of truck and windshield. They didn’t open hood to spray the grille from the inside out to help get the bugs out. Just save your money and go elsewhere.

Read reviews on Trucker Path, 1.7 stars!))) Very polite washers and also constantly hinting at a tip ... But just look at this! For this $90??? I asked to wash the truck and trailer twice brush. I was willing to pay extra for it. Requested a refund from the bank Avoid this place!

By far the worst Blue beacon I've been to. They think a power washer and some pre-wash is going to get salt and road grime off. Pulled the truck out of the wash Bay and still had salt on the tanks, rims, stacks body. I basically had to wipe it all down after. I just paid $112 to get it washed

I paid for a classic truck wash over 60 dollars and when I pulled out of the bay and got out and walked around my truck all the dirty that was left in on my truck I felt like I got robbed they offered all these extra feature that cost but can’t get a simple truck wash straight. Shreveport location is the worse.

I arrived around 1 a.m. and the first truck in line😁. I was greeted by the night manager, I'm sorry I forget his name. He was professional, attentive, and informative. When I tell you that the crew was efficient and quick... May have been there 15 minutes, and an awesome job they did. 👍🏾👍🏾 Thank you guys and the lady.

No this place is Horrible. Toy haulers be aware! They ruined my trailer with acidic wash. It is not only first time incident! I have 2 trailers they ruined my both trailer with Bleacher! And they are not responsible for their damage. My trailer had Polycor panels which is most expensive panels in the market. They don’t do their investigation properly… Manager Kyle , never answer on his phone nor text. They will just shut you off. And letter they sent was water pressure they use is not high enough to remove paint. My trailer skin is burnt, they need to train/educate their people how to properly wash ! Especially enclosed trailers / toy hauler! These trailers are not meant to be sprayed by bleach

Top-tier organization, really. A few guys just rolled in, got their trucks washed like VIPs, while the manager heroically managed… one single lane. Order of arrival? Oh please—just cross your fingers and hope someone’s awake enough to notice you!

I think they just rinsed my truck. Everything last 3min! 😳 for a semi truck. When I was back from cashier & bathroom they were already washing another truck. And I took really quick 🙉 After drying I still had bugs on my windshield & stains after drying… eh I didn’t even take a picture of the back of the truck cause I felt bad hah

I love stopping at blue beacon. They usually make the truck shine.. But this place!!?? It's a shame!! Paid 90 bucks for a wash I would have done better at home. Where is the tire shine? The engine wash? The damn regular wash at least...

This location at Shreveport,LA took their time and got everything off my truck. No streaks or soap left over after wash. Even took their time and got a few spots I was having issues getting clean. Honestly surprised because most blue beacons I'm not satisfied and I gotta head back to the shop and wash it all over again to get all the extra soap they cake on but this location actually did its job.

Wish I could give it zero stars. Guys didn't understand what I wanted and once I brought it their attention, they charged me more money for what I originally asked for. Instead of trying to upsell me on some stuff I didn't ask for, just do what's asked, then we can talk about other stuff...Out of 10 visits, my absolute worse... 2.16.2026 will call the manger manager tomorrow.

Coming here in the daytime is a little better than at night. During night hours, they block off one lane, and the lane that remains open moves at a snails pace. They take about 20-30 minutes on each truck. If you're going to pick up a load plan accordingly because it can take a little while with 3 trucks in front of you. They still do a good job so 3 stars.

So I will say initially truck looked fine but in a rush from sitting there nearly 2 hours I clearly did not pay attention through the wax but whatever they are using to clean with is very abrasive to the paint never have i been to a blue beacon that left these types of spots not to mention a piece of my bumper mustve been rubbed so hard that it decided to dislodge itself. The staff was nice but there need to be a chemist to come down and see what’s going on with the cleaning products.

I wish I could give 4.5 🌟. My only reason for that, i mentioned BBQ sauce in my trailer needed cleaned. I checked everything after my wash and washout and the sauce was still there. Someone did come out and clean it up to make it right so definitely deserve the 4.5. For being busy, it went by decently quick. 2 lanes open, multiple people working each lane, and I feel as if they took pride in their jobs. Will definitely visit again if im in the area. 11k miles of bugs all over my truck and I can't even tell.
