I have nothing negative to say about Big Lots. Each time I go, I find great deals and things I'd love to buy. I went a few weeks ago and was blown away by the types of Halloween decorations they have for sale. I know it's a bit early for Halloween but man what a selection.

I was at the store to purchase some items, I shop there on a regular basis, and today I experienced very rude Cashier (Angie) she wasn’t pleasant, didn’t smile, or inquired if I found what I needed. Then when I gave her my money for my items she threw my change and ticket on the counter. Very poor customer service.

Picked up a lot of Christmas decorations here. They had quite a huge selection! Great prices on towels, sheets sets, linens. They have a lot of housewares but also they have groceries! Looks like they have great prices on furniture too!

I have looked everywhere for the NikLNip candy and no one had them. I came in looking for exactly that. I still had trouble finding them and Alex found them and also let me know what the other stores had. Great customer service and very clean store. Will definitely be returning.

I mean its a big lots. They are pretty much all the same so i will judge this one on its customer service which is beyond exceptional. They are always so kind and willing to help us. There's a guy with short hair that goes between the registers and the floor and he is always super helpful.

Big Lots! I can remember when it was the store that only had over stock and discontinue stock from other sites. Now they are fairly consistent in what they have. Prices were better back then but it was hit or miss for what they'd have. Today the store is much better maintained and it's easier to find stuff. Staff at this store is always pleasant and helpful.

Staff very pleasant. Very helpful as well. Always very clean💖 They never have any bathroom tissue when I need it, but you can see that they feel bad for that and doing everything they can to get what you need. This is such a wonderful store indeed! One of my favorites by far💖

Very neat and clean store. It is fun to look and find different things. Price is not bad. All employees are kind and sweet except one and he was rude. As he walked passed us he didn't say anything and he smelled of alcohols Wich my children said he stinks. He didn't smell like that when we walked passed him before he walked passed us walking out to the parking lot but he did coming in.

One of my favorite stores. I love the food section, you never know what you're going to find. I enjoy cooking and trying new things, but I love that I can do it cheap in case I don't like it. They have a great furniture selection, I bought most of my livingroom furniture here. I love the seasonal items, especially when they go on sale. There is plenty of parking space, and the staff is super nice.

Unexpected finds, in a good way. I hadn't really shopped in a Big Lots in a while. Stumbled upon a few things I wanted from name brand companies at great prices. I was pleasantly surprised. Store was clean and well stocked and the people are as friendly as you ever find in retail anymore.

I placed an online pick up on store order, and everything was perfect. No problems in product availability, payment and the cashier was very cordial and helpful. I briefly browsed the store, and noted that Halloween deco is now half price, and their Christmas goods are available. The store seemed clean and relatively organized. The prices were high , especially in foods, as WalMart is definitely more economical.

I bought a clothes rack yesterday, and there were parts missing. I brought it back . It was $48 . Really rude staff. Said they couldn't do anything, no refunds. Very passive aggressive. Spoke to two members of staff. Both refused to help. I was going to buy a $699 love seat, and told them since they wouldn't give me my money back, I wasn't buying it. Eventually, the lady at the desk called her manager and said, 'we have another one of "those". Meaning me. Eventually a third member of staff refunded me and I left. They were so rude and unhelpful
