It was fine. The drive through tunnel has a speaker system that is quite loud and obnoxious. It shouts directions at you instead of just displaying the information on a sign. Ppl d0nt read nowadays bc they're not forced to.

My car had been sitting under trees so the pollen left a nasty residue that even the best wash couldn’t remove. The guy working there (owner?) took the time to clean what was left after the wash and left it spotless!!! I’m so impressed with the customer service!

I just had the most outstanding FIVE STAR service from Shannon at Belfair Car Wash. The touchless carwash missed a spot on my car and he proceeded to hand scrub my car for me. I use this car wash for work vehicles because there is not another option close enough to our station The self wash bays are nice but the “manager” is not kind to anyone that I have ever seen. And when I send my employees down instead of going myself I hear about how abrasive the manager here is.

I just returned from washing my car for $5 for 5minutes. I noticed there is a pending charge to my debit card for $10!! ripped off. don't use your credit cards there. **update, only $5 was charged to my card in the end 👍 do they ore-auth for $10? or was i double charged and they fixed it? no idea. Happy to have it resolved!

Update 7/12/25 - can't tell if it's still terrible or has gotten worse. Used to be the best car wash in the area for many years then a couple years ago, something changed. Save your money and don't use the brushless wash. Your vehicle stays dirty and leaves soap residue on it. I don't mind paying $18 for a car wash, but that's if the place is worth it. It's only a $5 wash, if that. New owners ruined the best brushless wash in the area. They changed the order in which the machine washes and it's terrible. Leaves soap all over the place.

I’ve lived in Belfair for over six years and this is the main car wash I’ve gone too period the other day we took our car to get washed and noticed the prices went up ever since the new owner took over. We got the most expensive wash and noticed when we were done. It looked like the car was not washed at all. There is dirt everywhere in it did a very poor job. We also noticed that we paid for certain things with the most expensive wash and did not get them. Like the rain, X and a few other wash cycles that were supposed to happen. Also, the owner was there walking around unfortunately he just looked angry, when we waved at him, he didn’t even acknowledge us. For certain things, you should get what you paid for it especially with the price being what it is now.

After coming out of the drive through car wash a gentleman waved me over. He said he was the manager and not pleased how clean my SUV was. Had me pull into one of the self serve stalls. He spent at least twenty minutes hand washing my vehicle. What he did was outstanding, above and beyond customer service. I’ve always been satisfied with this business for many years. Had a serious altercation with the car wash attendant on 3/21/2024. Met my Mom at the vacuuming stations. The attendant approached us approximately two minutes into us being at the vacuuming station. Accused us of illegally dumping garbage. Pulled the garbage out of the garbage can and was going to force us to take the small bag of garbage I put in there as well as other garbage. I asked for the owners phone number, the attendant leaned forward at me and screamed “Noooo” in my face. I immediately called 911 and was instructed to move away from the car wash attendant by the 911 operator, after moving as instructed, the car wash attendant came back at my Mom and I a second time to take our photos and photos of our license plates as he stated while doing so “you’re being trespassed”. I was still on the phone with 911 and the operator heard what the car wash attendant was saying to us and at that time we were instructed by the 911 operator to move to the Safeway Parking lot for our safety and wait for an officer. We moved to the Safeway parking lot as instructed, however approximately 2-3 minutes later the car wash attendant was seen in his personal vehicle in the Safeway parking lot and once he saw us he drove off to the car wash, from the back side of Safeway. I again phoned 911 and we were instructed to remain in our vehicles with the doors locked until the office arrived. I have a case number and the officers information as well, as this was not the first time law enforcement has been called on this particular Car wash Attendant. I would love to speak to the owner of this establishment, unless that particular car wash attendant owns it.

I have been coming to this car wash for years. It used to be a really good and affordable car wash. Unfortunately in the last year the price has gone up but the QUALITY went WAY down. Too bad. Photo included shows windshield dirt line after just getting out of the wash. This is pretty normal anymore.

We just went there to wash our truck. The car wash seams to have blown hoses and it barely had any pressure. Our truck has a lot of soap on it still and we had to go into one of the bays to rinse it off. We weren't the only one that had to do that in the long line of cars we've waited in. Looks like from other reviews that the hose problem is still a problem. This used to be our go to place. Sad it's not the same great quality. The vacuums still don't work from the last time we were here 6 months go.

I was just pulling through the automatic car wash in a hurry. There was only one other person there so I figured it would be a fast wash. But it wouldn't work even after swiping my card numerous times. The monitor didn't change so I thought it was broken. Come to find out it was taking money from my account each time I swiped it. Which that got my card locked at the bank, grrrrrr. I then went over to a bay to just wash it myself. That worked a little better... For 2 minutes. I'm really not impressed with this place. I won't ever go back cause it was such a hassle for a short wash time.

I'm from Texas I've never seen a self wash semi bay but today was the experience! Met Shannon the manager on site soon as I arrived. Polite enough to allow me to drop my trailer in lot to get the chassis and underside of tractor. Great guy, atmosphere is nice, if your looking for a good self wash. I came to get my semi clean and was met with gratitude and help. Drivers I highly recommend if your used to running into trouble at automated washes. Come get it, and I spent less than 30$. This is the place to be. Welcoming, get the job done and affordable place. Plenty of options to clean engine and wax, all the specs. Their soap mix has a light mixture of what we're looking for to get that all bright look to your paint job. Look for Justin in a black older Sedan. he'll give a good helping hand to get the job done This was worth the visit. Oh and they are open 24/7. Couldn't have been a better day. I was already a fan of this car wash before my visit on 11/1. The vacuums are the best! So good that I drive from Shelton, or gig harbor, to use them. On 11/1 the manager Shannon was cleaning the vacuum station. He noticed me waiting for an open bay and quickly moved his pressure washer so I could vacuum my car. I expressed my delight and he offered to turn the vacuums on for free if I bought a car wash. What Shannon didn’t know is that I was having a heck of a week. Between the holidays rapidly approaching, being a single mom to a toddler, and just feeling genuinely overwhelmed, my car had become a disaster and I had delayed cleaning it for too long. This small act of kindness was a huge reminder to me that people do care. I don’t wash my car often enough but I love the touchless car wash they have. It does a fantastic job. Kindness and compassion go a long way in customer service. Thank you Shannon for serving our community and doing so with joy. It doesn’t go unnoticed.

The manual bays have brushes that spew black smelly water instead of soap and spray nozzles that push out mist with barely any pressure. The touchless wash bay sprays a fully encompassing layer of soap and water, but the water isn't high pressure, and it's expensive. The $13 wash takes less than 3min and even the most expensive wash doesn't leave my car clean. I've been several times to try different washes and different manual bays. This is just a bad car wash all around with no redeeming qualities. The only decent car washes in the whole county are in Silverdale.
