                                                                                    We made an appointment on 2/1/2025 at 8:30 am at least a week and a half in advance. We arrived at our appointment early. We were told by the service tech it would be an hour to an hour and a half for a oil change on my F150. Two hours later and after  I texted my service representative and with no reply. I went out in the garage. I was told they got swamped! So me having an appointment meant nothing. My vehicle took back seat to people that showed up with no appointments. Doesn’t seem right. Not sure how long I would have sat there if I didn’t go out in the garage. Not impressed.

                                                                                    I had a great experience with Barber Ford when this dealership recently repaired the radio on my F-150 pickup truck.  The dealership came to my house to get my truck and then brought my truck back when the radio was repaired.  That made it very convenient for me.  I especially want to recognize Jake Gregory of Barber Ford for handling this for me.  Great job!!!!!!

                                                                                    A big THANK YOU to DALE and PETE!  On December 24, 2024, my husband, grandson and I were in a car accident.  Our 2022 Expedition never rolled over as we went down the embankment.  That car kept our family safe.  To our surprise the auto insurance totaled the car. We never had to deal with auto insurance when they total a car.   Having no clue what to do I reached out to Pete and Dale for help.  They both helped us with questions that we needed to ask the insurance company to make sure that we came up with a fair settlement.  Pete was also busy looking for a twin of the car that was totaled.  To my surprise Pete was able to find a 2024 Expedition like I had.   When we picked up the car Pete went through all the deals on how the car had changed over the last two years.  Dale had all our finance papers ready for us when we arrived at the dealership. We have gotten older since the last purchase.  We wanted to make sure that we had everything safe if one of us passed away.  These two gentlemen provided Mike and I with exceptional customer service.   That is why we keep coming back to Barber Ford because they cared about us and made us feel like family.
