Amazing team of guys. Great attention to detail and a wonderful sense of perfection. They listen carefully to how you want something done and make sure the work is pitch perfect. Kudos to Stephen for showing me how everything works and for Chris for troubleshooting a simple issue. Definitely will use them again. So far they have wired for a surround sound and will install a TV system for me, and they have also installed seven cameras that record 24/7 around my house. Super pleased with AVI and my home theatre project. No job is too big or small. They cleaned up wires and sonos sound bar in 2 rooms and did an incredible overhaul of my home theatre system. From my initial inquiry, to the quote and walk through, through the completion and review…they were on time, knowledgeable, friendly, and competitive. Sean the owner was great to work with and Stephen was fantastic with incredible attention to detail. My project took 3 days and many times they were left alone in our house. Fantastic experience with Shawn and his team. Chris and Stephen were the two amazing techs that accomplished the requests my family and I had set out for them, including a 7.1 surround sound audio system, TV mount installation, and ethernet switch set up including ethernet wire crimping.
