From start to finish this is the place you want to take your vehicle for ALL the care it needs! Scheduling was a breeze with Jon and you can't beat their high quality work or prices anywhere! Jon actually listened and it made all the difference! While we were waiting, we got a text and Jon noticed our unexpected time crunch and put two guys to work on our vehicle so we didn't have to wait as long! Talk about a business that actually cares about their customers. Sadly, that's near impossible to find these days. Kenny did an amazing job turning our garbage can on wheels into a brand new looking vehicle! Can't say enough positive things about these guys! Thank you you so much Arete! Been going to Arete for a few years, and they have never disappointed! If you're a car guy like me, I don't let just anyone work on my vehicles. I trust the team at Arete to do the job right, and there's never any issues. The coatings and films they offer really do make a difference in appearance and upkeep. Once again, just incredible results with Arete Auto Salon. Last year, I had them do a full detail to my BMW Z4 M Roadster. Unfortunately, I had to take the car back two months later for correction to remove etching in the paint. Both times, Arete did impeccable work and their staff was quite helpful and easy to deal with. I bought a Certified Pre-Owned BMW 330i xDrive last fall and shortly after the purchase, I noticed extensive swirling in the paint when parked in bright sunlight. It's been with Arete the past two days for paint correction to remove the swirls then the application of a relatively new coating, CarPro DQuartz Go. The end result was remarkable and the guys were even nice enough to leave me a spray bottle of their Quick Detailer with a pack of microfiber towels. There's a reason why I won't take my vehicles anywhere else for detailing services. Dealing with Jon and Graham is a pleasure and Arete is as professional as it gets.

My wife and I purchased a 2020 Ford Explorer from a local dealership. The dealerships “fresh detail” they did on the vehicle prior to us taking procession of the vehicle left a lot to be desired (some bug guts on the front bumper, old sticker residue on the rear bumper, brake dust on the rims and some sticky spots on a couple interior buttons). When I got home, I did the classic “at home detail” and cleaned up some of the interior spots (which is just what you want to do the day your purchase your new car). But I wanted my wife’s “new vehicle” to look the part. So, I called up Arete and got a very personalized experience (every time I called, I was greeted with a “Hi Kevin” and a smile/handshake when I went in-person). I wasn’t looking for a “showroom” SUV, but I wanted it to have a couple iron spots looked at, another mark taken care of and a base layer of protection for just an overall better appearance. I went with a standard exterior package, and they did not disappoint. To say it is night and day from when we picked it up from the dealership would be an understatement. The pictures might not do it justice, but it looks amazing. They can work wonders on more than just super high-end cars, it’s for family vehicles too haha

Arete made my new Veloster N look amazing! I had them do the CQuart Professional with a paint enhancement and a PPF Ultra Trunk Guard. Everything turned out great! I am really excited to have a car that is protected from all types of weather and much easier to wash! Everyone from Arete was very friendly, helpful, and answered all the questions I had and helped me get the best product for what I wanted for my car. I couldn't recommend Arete enough! Had a 2 step paint correction done which they did a nice job with but the “showroom detail” was a complete waste of money. I could have done a better job myself at home. Door jams were not addressed, trunk compartment was not vacuumed and spots missed while wiping down interior pieces. Also had the engine bay detail which was a waste of money because so many spots were missed. Looks like they just sprayed a shiny coating of something on it and didn’t do any scrubbing. Not 100% satisfied with my results especially for the price I paid! I’ve paid far less for a complete detail other places that I was much happier with. Will be going elsewhere from now on.

This was a really special experience. I have a BMW with 360,000 miles and its paint reflected that. Arete had the car for a day, where they performed a showroom detail. I could not believe the attention to detail and the quality returns I got—the paint looks proper now. I would recommend them for absolutely any of their services.

I had someone back into my car and leave me with a large dent in my drivers door. I brought my car in for Arete for them to look at and see if they could pop out the dent and buff out the pretty deep scratch. They did incredible work. I couldn't believe it when I returned to pick up my car 2 hours later. It looked brand new. Arete ended up saving me a lot of money as the collision shop recommended a much more expensive repair that clearly was not needed. On top of the quick and amazing work they did the owners are great people. Easy to talk to and you can tell they are only out to help you and not sell you anything you don't need. Great place to go for dent work and buffing on top of everything else they do. I'll be giving out recommendations to friends and family whenever I can.

I’ve had three cars completely covered in PPF in the Rochester area, this is by far the best installer I’ve ever dealt with. The attention to detail and the unwillingness to settle for the mediocre really makes them stand out above anybody else in WNY. Matte film can be tricky, because you’ll see shine around gaps and edges… but the team here just did above and beyond what I expected. Killer install! The very best!

Recently my lovely husky got into something he shouldn't have and had explosive liquid poo all over the interior of my truck. It was rough almost thought about throwing the truck out. Called a few other shops and they refused to tackle biohazard. Mind you this was my work truck so the most she ever got was a vacuuming now and then and a dash wipe down. It was rough before the dog incident. Tossed em the keys and later the same day they said it was done! The interior came out immaculate! Been 2 weeks since and no sign or smell of dog poo! Price was more then fair. While not cheap , the job ahead was brutal. Would definitely go to again!
