My mother walk in to arby to use the women's restroom and was told the doors were locked so my mom kindly asked for the key or for the door to be unlocked so she can use the restroom and a employee rudely asked if she was gonna buy anything and she can't use the restroom unless she order something from the menu

Overall Arby's is still a great place to get good food. I recently tried their chicken tenders which was a bit of a letdown. I would call them chicken fingers at best. I would not recommend the chicken fingers/ tenders, but everything else I've tried over the years seems to be great value.

I’m always disappointed by Arby’s. You ask for fresh fries and you get soggy ones. The staff are not that friendly. Every now and then you get a good one. I feel like they just slapped the sandwiches together so one side has all the fixings and the other side is just bread. They need to do better.

The restaurant was clean, the staff was great, and welcomed me with a smile, ready to take my order. My food was freshly made, the atmosphere was peaceful, and the customers were very respectful of one another. I would go back whenever I am in the area

Food made wrong on 1st attempt. Manager walking around on cell phone on speaker. 4 Employees no other customer. No one spoke. I said hi how are you : nothing. I said thank you: nothing. Not the cheapest fast food. Could at least fake customer service.

Tried the fried turkey sandwich. To my surprise, it was better than expected! It was juicy but neatly put together. The bun was soft & the veggies were fresh. It was a nice sized, flavorful sandwich. I t seemed to be popular. It's an item they should consider bringing back every year from November thru December 31st.

The gave me my sea salt/chocolate chip cookie wrapped in plastic wrap! And it wasn't hot nor was it fully baked....so gross. Idk how old that cookie was.

Nice Arbys location. The ladies behind the counter are great. Great customer service. Health rating is a nice 98.5 for fast food. Plenty of places to sit. I would come back again.

The rudest humans on the planet work in this drivethru 🫠 Attitude and slamming the widow because she got the order wrong 3 times in a row. Slapping some roast beef on a bun isn't rocket science

Very very slow service. We waited at the speaker for at least 10 minutes. We also waited quite some time to get our food. The beef and cheddar, Greek gyro and crinkle fries were all very good.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Review for Arby’s – Gastonia, NC (Garrison & Union Rd.) Recently, I had the pleasure of visiting your Arby’s location in Gastonia, NC at Garrison and Union Road. I was enormously impressed by the customer service and professionalism of your team members, Tiffany and Sam! Tiffany greeted us warmly, was very knowledgeable about the menu, and let us know about a special that included two combos at a great value which is what we ended up ordering. She was patient, polite, and professional, making sure we made the best choices for our meal. Sam, who prepared our food, did an excellent job with the sandwiches and made sure our fries were hot and fresh, just as we requested. The food was delicious, and it was clear he takes pride in his work. What stood out most was how well Tiffany and Sam worked together as a team. The customer service was outstanding, and their attention to detail and professionalism made our dining experience one of the best we’ve ever had at Arby’s. Leadership clearly shows at this location, and it’s obvious Tiffany and Sam are among the best of the best. We are very satisfied with the service and will definitely be visiting again. I ordered the turkey bacon ranch sandwich. As you can see by the pictures, the amount of turkey on the sandwich was dismal. I'll be going to Schlotzsky's for a sandwich from now on. They have "the meats"!

The food is great, and I didn't have to wait long with 4 people in front of me. 10 more people came in after I did. They were doing a 2 person job. They only had 4 people working too, and still didn't have to wait long, and the food was cooked after I ordered it. I'm thinking how ever long it takes to cook 3 bacon burgers, and 2 chicken sandwiches, and 3 milk shakes. That's the fastest I ever been served, when they had to cook it after I ordered it. How ever long it takes to cook, is how long I had to wait. They had it in the bag quick. One woman did the taking orders and putting the order in the bag. That was at around 12:30 P.M.

Went through drive through ordered two combos got the food realized 1 curly fry was missing. Went inside ask for the missing was told only got 1 curly fry on order. I said two more times to girl I got combos which came with fries. So I grabbed bag it ripped a d fell on floor I walked out and was followed by three employees threatening and hollering at me. Never again. All I wanted was what I paid for.
