My windshield cracked at this car wash and the manager basically blew me off and told me “too bad we’re not responsible” After going there for years, one would think they’d offer free services or something? But, after spending $32 and having my windshield crack, he told me “too bad.” I will never spend money here again. Beware. Careless service.

I’ve been here before and they’ve done a decent job but today was unacceptable. The outside of the car still had dirt streaks and the inside was still very dirty. I asked them to please clean the inside better and they were still doing a bad job. They literally gave me the rag and told me to do it myself. I asked for a refund and they refused to give me my money back. You’re better off going to a drive through car wash.

Awesome place if you want scratches, water spots and a well smeared windshield for $40. “Hand Wash no Track” was the service received. You might be better off with a dirty car until you can get a proper wash service to come to your house with clean towels and DI water. Adding to this: Ripped me off with $5. Wanted cash back to tip the fellow washing my car, their machine didn't work, conveniently. They said "oh you can buy a $5 gift card and give it to the guy". I paid for the wash and the $5 card. $29.99 for wash $5 for card. Then they could not put the $5 onto the gift cars, they asked me to pay again $5. They already charged $34.99, so I told them to cancel the whole thing, no one gets a tip if its so convoluted to do. I later checked and AMEX had a charge for 34.99 posted and not 29.99. So they basically stole $5. Its not about the $5, its about the shady stuff these people do. Don't give them your business. They are super shady.

I have been using this car wash for 5 years. They used to do a decent job. However the last couple years the quality of the washes has been pretty bad. I have to finish washing it when I get home. I brought this up to the manager Ricardo for the past year as to give them a chance to correct it. Unfortunately, he is not willing to deliver anymore and basically told me to go somewhere else. Thought I should share this with others.

Unfortunately I’m really disappointed with this “hand car wash” that I went to this morning. For $35 plus tip, you would think I would get at least a decent car wash/cleaning. It literally looks like they just took it through the machine to spray the water and soap and then very quickly wiped it off. There was water all on the outside of the car still with multiple spots that could have been easily hand cleaned off. I could’ve spent $6 for the gas station car wash and would’ve gotten a better cleaning. They did the quickest vacuuming ever which left behind so much still. I just don’t feel comfortable coming back here anymore.

I have no idea how this car wash has an average of 3.4 Stars. I would strongly provide five stars*****! I have brought my car to this location where there was tremendous skidmarks and black paint on my white car. The body shop said it would cost $8900 to fix the paint. the folks here, particularly Oswaldo, for the price of A standard detail were able to get all of it off, and my car looked perfectly brand new. These guys rock! And even just for regular car washes, they’re great. I rarely write reviews, but these guys deserve it! Thank you, Oswaldo and Ricardo! Warmly, Sandy

The wash was okay but not great. Had to touch up some areas at home. The fuel situation in the car wash area was ridiculous. They had two of the four lanes for fuel closed on Sunday afternoon causing a line that was too long! Are you trying to drive business away!

Went in for a wash today and indeed the car came out cleaner than before but there is a lot of room for improvement. After pointing out several places that were not cleaned at all, i got it back with the trunks looking like this (see pictures).

I recently debadged my traverse and there was leftover goo where we removed the stickers, I asked them if they could remove it and make it all look good, I also had door dings and scratches, etc. 😂 They let me know what scratches they wouldn't be able to get rid of completely because they were too deep. I appreciated the honesty. In about 90 minutes my Traverse looks like new and no more residue. 🎉Very pleased with the service and how quick they worked.

Ricardo and his team did a fantastic job detailing all of my family’s cars. The inside was spotless and smelled super clean. The tires and wax job looked great. I would highly recommend this auto detail and car wash service.

Pros: - Cheap - Car has less rain spots on it now - A bit less dirty - Windows are actually really clean Cons: - They clearly didn't even touch the hood judging from all the tree gunk still there (image) - They created swirl marks all over my vinyl (image) - Despite the swirl marks, it's still dirty there somehow - More dirt still on my car not pictured I just wanted an exterior wash to get some tree gunk off my car, but it seems even an automated drive through would have done a better job and been more gentle on my car. Can anybody recommend a good car wash in the area?

This is my 2nd time using this place of business. The first time they forgot the air freshener and I noticed surface level dirt still present. On my second visit, the employee offered me a detail for $10 off the price listed on the sign (sign lists $115). He charged me $10 MORE. When my car was finished, there were still bird droppings and other surface level grime/scuffs on my vehicle. When I asked about it the employee fixed some of it but told me to do the rest it would cost more (I'd have to purchase another package). Additionally, they misplaced/lost my work gate transponder, so this morning I could not enter the parking lot. I will not use this place of business again, especially for what they charge. It is unfortunate because it is super convenient.

Save your money. The photos below are what the $34 Ultimate Wash will get you when you bring in a small SUV. Yes, the car was cleaner than when it arrived, but I shouldn't have to go back and touch up everything after driving away. I appreciate the tire shine, but please wipe off the excess so it doesn't end up all over the rocker panels of the vehicle. The dash, center console, and most of the plastic interior was super dusty from the towels that were used to wipe everything down. Thank you for the wash. But if I wanted to blow $34 and be disappointed, I would have just lit the money on fire and sprayed the car down with a garden hose.

Not worth your money!! See the photos below. After 9 years of coming to this establishment, I have decided to not return. They raised prices, but the cleaning is not good. Vacuum left trash behind, seats are not wiped and the e terior had many areas that were not clean. So sad to see that quality is gone.

The team does an incredible job paying attention to every detail, making sure every part of the vehicle shines. Former customer of 15 years here. I came by today planning to do a quick wash for my BRZ. I did not need to wax the tires because the black goo ends up all over the body due to the aerodynamics of the car. The sales associate adamantly refused to do a regular All Hands car wash service on my vehicle for $29.99 without waxing the tires. Instead he wanted to charge me almost double the price for more services that I did not need. What happened to this place? This sounds like a total scam.

I paid 39.99 today for the worst car wash ever. Dog hair not even vacuumed up. Hardly wipes the interior. Seats are still dirty. Look at these pictures. I asked the manager working out there he said I need a detail to get it cleaned with out the dirt spots and 10 more to have the trim around the tires armoralled. I uses the fashion island care wash normally every 2 weeks and thought I would give these guys a try. What a mistake. Fashion island has the car look new for 39 bucks. Pretty sad they are running this bad.
