I'm was a unlimited member for about a year. They decided to not let me wash my truck because of (2) mounted tool boxes that are below the bed height. Tried talking to them , they would not listen . Just rude youngsters! I cancelled my Membership immediately

I am temporarily in Wichita Falls for work and stopped at this place and the other locations to keep my truck clean while I've been here the past month. All locations have been terrible for the same reasons. When it comes to carwash companies (Mister, Club, Modwash, Tommy's, etc.) this place has WORK to do. Timing of their equipment is off. Wraps not evening touching my truck. Soap pressure is insanely low, and the staff is anything but motivated and have no sense of urgency. I kindly asked the gentleman at the front to tell the guys in the tunnel to NOT spray my grill and they still did. Several times. No communication or accountability. The towel dryers are on their phones and dry your car with soaked towels completely defeating the purpose of the position as towel "drying" and instead just drag wet towels on your car. I bring my own towels thankfully. The vacuums are full of trash, clogged or laying on the ground and are not checked frequently to maintain a consistent and clean experience. I find myself unclogging them or moving to a different spot where they aren't clogged. This location looks to be the newest and seems to still not get how it is to be a quality carwash company. Unfortunately it's the only place in the area as far as automatic carwashes go. I'm certainly one for promoting carwash companies as I love keeping my vehicles clean and have been to MANY of them. But I would tell anyone that needs to wash their car to go self-wash before coming here. All American Carwash... you need to rethink a lot of things. Customer service and quality would be the first of those things. Just an honest review from an experienced carwash customer.

we’ve been here over two dozen times and today they turned us away for having “matte paint” they wouldn’t listen that it’s a paint protective film, it’s not matte paint. it’s factory gloss paint covered in a matte ppf. It cannot get damaged by the car wash, will not swirl and is self-healing. I wouldn’t take the car to one if it could get damaged. won’t be back.

So Google says the Car Wash opens at 11 AM. Which is kind of crazy for a Car Wash to open at 11. I know I own a car wash on Sundays. We open at eight and every other day we’re open at 7:30. But Google gets shit wrong all the time So I called and the outgoing message says that they open at 8 o’clock Monday through Saturday and on Sunday they open at 10. So I drove out here. They’re closed! They open at 11! That is unbelievable. Exterior came out clean. Vacuums were anemic at best and missing the crevice tool. But more importantly, they barely worked. What I’m thinking is their employees don’t check to make sure they’re not plugged up. The thing that bugs me is, we put out tons of effort to make sure that we’re the best and we provide customer service but more importantly, customer satisfaction. All of our employees care. I think it kind of sucks to see a business that just doesn’t care about the customers that use their service

This place used to be very good now it’s run by kids. Nobody cares about anything. They tried to get you through their closest cattle. They don’t have time to dry off half the vacuums don’t work. I pulled up the other day at exactly 6 o’clock. They put a countdown down in front of me and told me I couldn’t go through. They were closed, even though there were still people in line. Her name was Olivia. I suggest finding anywhere else to go wash your car.

I had been using the car wash for several months with only a few issues but recently my car was seriously damaged by their equipment. I filed an incident report & corporate was supposed to get back with me within 48hours.... Well guess what? no one has reached out & I have been trying to get I contact with someone. Needless to say definitely canceled membership. So I would think twice before using All American Car Wash.

Well, I am new here in Wichita Falls. First time car washing. I came from Tallahassee, FL and uses 2 to 3 different car wash. It's like 7 or 8 to 10. 10 in FL. Reason is what I don't like is like an express car wash. It's too fast. Because of that, some parts still dirty. The good thing here in WF is someone will wipe dry your car/pickup at the end. None in FL. I guess some improvement needed to make it 10.

Decent car wash but dont see the point of having a membership when the express lane is closed on the busiest day. Plus a ton of the vacuums dont work/have horrible suction.

Young girl taking my money today was very rude. There were no towels in the vacuum areas. For the price, they should dona better job and vacuum/clean the inside of your car. I prefer the one on Southwest parkway,at least they clean the inside of your car.

Giving a one star because of them not abiding by their hours. They said they open on 8 AM on Monday and was waiting in line since they blocked the entrance with their cones. It was now 8:06 called their office no answer. Went outside my car since I just saw someone on their computer. He comes out and said they need a few more minutes to open. I’m sorry but if your business has hours shown, you should be preparing to open prior to the hours. That is poor time management on you. Some people don’t have that extra time to wait until you feel like opening up

Lovely staff. Does a good job slightly pricey but they do military discount which. Greatly appreciated. Has pretty good vacuums and window spray and rags for you to dry after. Facility is still clean. Over all nice

On October 11, my vehicle was damaged at this location, and I immediately filed a damage report with the manager on duty. It has been 18 days, and the general manager has repeatedly told me he would call back in a “couple of hours” after finally getting ahold of him Oct 22nd. The GM is now delaying saying it’s under investigation, but refuses to return my calls or speak with me. I will update this review once All American car wash does the right thing and helps get my vehicle repaired.

I don't know what's up today. I have subscription for this car wash. Normally, they do a good job. But today for some reason, they didn't. The first person that Normally clears out the dirt, bugs and all that barely spray my car, same with the one on the machine... and at the end where the people were drying or wiping the car, same thing. There wasn't really a long line when I went through. The car before me, the guy at the end thoroughly wipe it dry, and even stopped the car wash. PS. They always seems like they're in a rush. If there's a long line, there's barely and space between cars. Picture of the front of my car after car wash... I'll change my review once I go back and see if it changes...
