A simple plastic red reflector lens for a couple bucks is no longer available at a nationwide franchise that at one time use to be fair to the masses. Now,....you can buy the simple, one piece lens for $13 or $14

Somebody needs to shake Roberts hand and let him know that he is an asset to this company. Polite, professional and bent over backwards to help a customer in desperate need, namely...me. Long story short...he faced rough weather without a complaint to install a battery for me and ultimately saved my anniversary vacation. You sir, are a rockstar.

Ordered brake pads online with a promo code for a $10.00 discount. Picked up that same day. Got home and started replacement. To make a long story short they gave me the wrong pads, exchanged and no longer was the discount valid so I had to pay full price. They would not swap or give me the same premium pads I really feel like it's a scam and I will no longer be a customer of Advanced Auto.

Wish I could do a zero star. Manager told me she does not have anyone to help until 4 PM. When there was someone sitting in the back doing paperwork or something. Do not shop here. Will not help you.

Had battery installed. Got home and car wouldn't start when I was ready to leave 20 minutes later. Got Jumpstart and went back to store. Called from parking lot because battery was out again. Rep came out and tightened battery posts. It's as if 1st rep just placed it in position. Afterwards rep was very nonchalant. Offered no apology. Looked at me stale faced and said things happen ma'am. Just stared at me. No apology for my inconvenience. Nothing. I called home office and made them aware of this incident. Totally unacceptable. Very dissatisfied customer

Had a new battery installed there last month. After this a "Check Charging System" warning came on. I took it to the dealership today and they said that the positive battery terminal was completely loose. I do not recommend getting a battery installed at this location, since they don't know what they're doing. I will be using the Honda dealership from now on for my auto needs. I've learned my lesson.

Terrible experience... went in needing help and got sent across town just to find out that I could have had my issue resolved at this Adv Auto but the lady who was working was too lazy to assist. I should have known she would be of no assistance when I walked in the door and she looked at me and sighed.. this was first thing in the morning. I guess she didn't show up to work ready to work.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE! The lady name Shannon was very rude and witness the gossip about customers as they walk in and out. Getting her to exchange parts is a whole deal for her as though it is coming out of her check or is being bothered. I won’t be back and I hope they get a face lift at this location . There is no need to be rude you picked this job I expect good service .

They dishonest crooks in this store, bald gentleman with no manners tried to swindle me out of using my warranty on my brake pads i bought in north augusta . I only came here because i live in hephzibah and hoped i could just get them replaced here he thinks people are dumb enough where he wont have to honor a legal agreement. Funny thing is i called north augusta yesterday and they were nice,looked me up and informed me i could bring my bad pads in to switch for the good ones i paid extra in security for just in case the pads were bad, there only 4 months old , this store lost my business plus im contacting corporate about this situation ive never had issues at advance in person, on the phone or on there sight

Quick, professional and friendly service. Lynne the manager helped me. I needed my battery checked. It died on me earlier in the day. She checked it, told me it was good to go, and offered suggestions of what could possibly have drained the battery which I appreciated.

Always great and friendly service. Skilled personnel with the desire to help customers find the right products and get the right part. Not to pushy but they will recommend everything you will need to properly get your project safely completed. Management is quick to step in if an employee needs a bit of further help getting you the answers to your questions. Great and friendly team of professionals that help and don't talk down to there customers.

I would give a 0 star but system won’t allow it. Boyfriend went in on Sunday and the male used the diagnostic on my truck and then went on to discredit the store stating the equipment is cheap and it’s just a parts house that he works for Toyota ft and there part time for him to go up the road to another store to get info what’s wrong with it exactly because they sold him 4 02sensors wks ago and he insisted he can’t pull my boyfriend up in the system and my bf told him call the other branch but he didn’t want to. He put down my bf and the other stores and the competitors too. My bf went up to oreileys and got the exact diagnosis and had it printed out so bf went back to advance and was insulted more by him and this was all in front of the mgr too and nothing was ever said to him about his rude behavior at all. My bf got fed up the employee wouldn’t pull up the sensors on his acct yet the previous wkend a female employee did! He told the employee off and that he just lost the store his business and went back to oreileys where he told the guy there what was said and the insults on that store and omg he described the male perfectly and even another customer said yep he witnessed it too. Employee told him(I was on ear bud) that he did the same while working at the other stores too and was fired! Advance needs to do better when hiring your employees and don’t allow them to insult customers or competitors! No need to retrain just fire and start over!

Came in to return a filter that was looked up wrong by another store . . The only employee was a older gentleman who looked like death was coming for him any minute . It took forever to do the return . This store has no employees but a little old man who can't hear anything .. this company should be ashamed of themselves working the elderly like this as hot as the store was .. . Go to AutoZone or O'Reilly's
